My husband and I could not recommend a wedding at the Parker more. From our first visit to tour the property, Randy and the entire team were phenomenal, turning our dream weekend into a reality. We visited the property multiple times during planning and each visit was met with outstanding service. The Parker consistently went the extra mile for us in every aspect. For example, considering food & bev, they crafted 3 custom cocktails for us and created a special cocktail hour menu with ethnic dishes reflecting our heritage. The Parker's atmosphere is just magical -- there is nowhere else on the planet like it. It was a highlight to have our wedding at a place where so many of our guests could stay on property -- everyone was roaming and running into each other throughout the stunning grounds all weekend. The Gene Autry house was the getting ready spot and home base of our dreams. We loved how we were able to hold the welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing in 5 unique and separate spots on property, creating a seamless and energizing flow. The service was unbelievable. It was very impressive how everyone at each table was served their food piping hot and at the exact same moment. Most importantly, the team took care of every detail, leaving us completely stress free. We simply could not have asked for a better wedding experience.

My wife and I spent 2 nights in Villa Zoe at the Parker celebrating our wedding anniversary |Let’s start with the front desk where Omar, Alexis, Camille and Hazel were engaged, entertaining and efficient from the moment that we arrived. The concierge set up our itinerary and we were to be recognized at every stop, Mr Parker’s and Norma’s by name and it being an anniversary.|The villa included a wall garden, an ample mini bar and a comfortable stay. The grounds are spectacular with numerous nooks and crannies to be explored and able to accommodate a wedding without any disruption to other guests.|Let’s be clear this is not a discounted stay, but the experience is extraordinary and we met numerous team members who made the stay fantastic|Hey Omar and Alexis you really are the best

This is a gorgeous place to have drinks. We just wanted to dress up and have drinks and a lounge type setting. The decors eye catching and unique and the space while it’s luxurious is very accessible and cozy. Valet is $25 or you can park on the street. Mini bar has about six or seven seats, but you can grab your drinks at mini bar and go sit in the lobby or the beautiful room with a big mid-century fireplace. They even have service at the couches and chairs in those spaces. There’s even an outdoor space! They do have food and small bites if you’re there to eat.

Currently staying here and the room looks nothing like the advertisements. Service is terrible. Slow and the hotel doesn’t get back to you on any requests. We booked a nicer room with a garden view and they did not give us that room and put us In standard room without telling us and without discounting. We had to follow up with the manager who gave us a $300 discount. Rooms are usually $1400 a night but we had a discount for the wedding we are at. You’ll get better service at the best western down the street.

I stayed at The Parker with my friend for 3 nights in the beginning of March. Although we enjoyed many parts of our vacation, we felt that for the price of a 5-star hotel, The Parker simply did not deliver. A few examples: ||"Daily complimentary coffee bar" consisted of us waiting in line each morning at a counter located inside the hotel restaurant. We had to stand right next to diners in the busy restaurant while we waited anywhere between 10 and 15 minutes for a waiter (who was waiting on tables during the breakfast rush) to return and pour us a cup of coffee. We couldn't understand why there wasn't coffee set up somewhere in the lobby for customers to just grab a coffee on their own. ||Room cleaning was NOT terrific. They left used towels in the bathroom after cleaning and didn't replenish towels as they should have, nor did they replenish shower products. We also had an unopened bottle of wine in an ice bucket, and they did not replace the ice, which was disappointing. With that said, anytime we called and asked for something, someone was quick to respond.||No wipes in the wipes container for 2 days straight in the hotel gym. No towels, either. We never saw an attendant in the gym replenishing things or attending to anything, which seemed strange for a hotel of this caliber.||The style of the hotel was quirky and hip, with a very youthful vibe. The public spaces of the hotel were comfortable and great places to hang out. Great people watching and good energy! However, although stylish, the hotel interior did feel pretty tired to us. Lots of scuffed walls and furniture, and we noticed that there were stains on a few things, as well as mold in an interior lining of one of the laundry baskets in the spa locker room. Just an inattention to detail that we did not expect...||Our room, itself, was only fine. For $1500/night, we felt it was not necessarily up to par. Exposed cords/power strip, rug was dingy looking, the closet had just a drape (instead of a door, reminiscent of a college dorm room), and the safe was just sitting on the floor in the corner of the room. Also, our room had paper thin walls - we could hear every single word from the room next door, not to mention anyone passing through our hallway. The toilet had an issue so would run incessantly. We had to have someone come address it twice during the time we were there. We also had a room overlooking the parking lot, which wasn't super scenic, obviously. ||The best thing about the property, in my mind, was the food and drinks. We had an AMAZING dinner at Mr. Parker's, and our breakfasts at Norma's each morning were really delicious. We even had dinner one night at Norma's and had the BEST fries and doughnuts! The butter candle and sourdough bread at Mr. Parker's, we both decided, might be the best thing we've ever eaten! ||Chris, the concierge, was one of the highlights of our stay. He was very friendly and so eager to help - we really enjoyed him!

I had an incredible 10-day getaway filled with relaxation and great experiences. The property offers a perfect blend of serene spots and activities, making it a great place for unwinding. You can lounge at the outdoor bonfire area, two outdoor pools, bocceball or croquet area. The indoor back lounge area inside with a fire is also very quiet to chill, have a drink or work on your laptop. They also offer a spa area with steam rooms, saunas, hot tub and indoor pool, as well.||The front desk staff, Omar, Alexis and Jake, always greeted me with a smile and made my stay very comfortable. I loved seeing Pavi’s warm smile when grabbing my coffee from Norma’s early in the mornings. She works at Mister Parker’s onsite restaurant in the evenings, as well, and you should request her as your waitress if you get the chance. Reservations required (jackets and collars required for men). ||I loved the staff at the Lemonade stand, where I checked out a complimentary hotel bicycle 9 of the 10 days of my stay. The staff was so kind to me every morning and I got to know them by name. Thank you to Ricardo, Mo, Linda, Putu, Daniel, Victor and Jonas! You guys rock! I took the suggestion from Fred, concierge, to check out DeMuth park less than two miles down the road for pickleball. I rode the bicycle nine mornings to the park to play open play for hours, where I had the very best time! Make sure to use the bike lock it comes with 😄 ||The only suggestion I have is that it would be great to have coffee makers in the room or in the lobby where you can grab complimentary coffee 24/7 at your convenience.

I love this place! Best stay in Palm Springs by far. Private hotel with beautiful grounds and few swimming pools, amazing restaurant and cozy lobby! Its a bit pricey but its really worth it. This is a must see place in Palm Springs and Norma restaurant has the most delicious breakfast. Don’t miss out!

Just returned from an outstanding stay at the Parker Palm Springs! I was so delighted with the stunning mid-century decor, grounds and our room. All of the common areas are decorated with such beautiful period style. Probably, even more importantly, the food was excellent, the staff everywhere especially the concierge were concerned with our experience and satisfaction.
Our experience and satisfaction with the Parker made our stay in Palm Springs all the more enjoyable.
