This place is a gem. We stayed there in our RV for a few nights. It was way more than we expected. It's down the road from some wineries and close to town for shopping & restaurants. If you have kids or you're a kid at heart, there is a water park just across the road. It gets hot there in the summer. If you don't have an RV, there are really nice "cabins" you can rent. The pools and landscape in impeccable. Got laundry? Yeah they have a laundry facility too. Play areas for kid and area for the the teens. We'll be back.

Staff was friendly & readily available. Convinient check in/out. Clean restrooms. Friendly neighbors. Wineries conveniently located. Huge Parking spots for our trailer, no need to back in, just drive in. Fun Halloween events, that I know will be way better next yr!

I donโ€™t know what it is with these big companies that buy family owned RV Parks. They pay decent price for the property, and then let it go to pot. There is a dead bird in the common area, sprinklers with water, running down the walkways and 20 feet away, trees, dying for a lack of water. They had staff, but Iโ€™m not sure what they did. There is no pride in ownership in this park. Such a shame.

Great place to unwind. Rv park/resort has plenty of space between rigs. Easy to get in and out. Food amazing, staff more than helpful. Short stay but I will go back .Needs more gym equipment, could have gotten 5 stars.

Okay RV park. Because of sun exposure, we changed from a premium site to a standard site. I was not given a refund for the difference. On top of that the standard site had sprinklers which sprayed water all over my Motor home leaving water spots. We were also charged a resort fee and the only thing open was the pool. The bar area was closed and not even open to sit at. Resort fee for what? We camped at Sun Outdoors Central Coast Wine Country in a Motorhome.

Before anything, if you are looking at this place. That your experience will be better if you have an RV. And I am sure the better the RV the better the stay. My family had a reunion out this way and some folks rented the cottages out here.

It very much felt to me that our experience was not very good but I believe this was due to us not having any RVs. Yes there are spots where it's just a yard and an RV. Which all depends on your EV at that point. But getting one of the cottages and bringing an RV would be a pretty damn solid stay and experience.

I am not sure pay wise how all that will go but I would pay long as it was within reason. Now for the things at this location....there is nothing of any great offer at all. The site for this location uses other locations images for what is at said location. I was expecting a bit more on site but it was not what was shown online. Which is pretty shitty. Also the website is very misleading all around.

Overall if I have a nice RV would be fine with getting a cottage for a stay. Long as we had plans outside of the he site for activities.

Itโ€™s not enough to pick your spot, reserve it and pay for it. If you want to keep the spot you picked and paid for, you have to pay a lock fee of $45. Otherwise, they can give your spot away, though you picked it on their own website, reserved it and paid for it in full. Thatโ€™s garbage. I felt forced to pay an extra $45 just to insure we stayed close to the people we were there with. They could have moved us to the other side of the park had we not.

Response: Well, if I pick a spot and pay for it, then I don't find it adventurous when the establishment does not honor the reservation. I find it unprofessional and discourteous. I hope that this policy is reconsidered so that guests do not feel like they are being gouged. When that happens, I will HAPPILY change my review.

Our site was next to one of the mini-houses, TOO CLOSE. We got to see into their living space. The parking in between our site and the mini house next to was very tight.||We were near some kind of drain that was opened up twice while we were there. Staff member did not say anything, just popped it open and released stench. (We were sitting outside. Had to go inside)||The kids on the scooters, the noise, and the safety hazard they pose were not conducive to a peaceful couple of days there. ||The staff was not friendly any of the days that we were there.||This was our first time there. Not sure that we will be back.
