Had a great wine tasting experience at Dresser Winery a week from harvest time. Grounds were beautiful and so serene! We sampled so many great wines here but didn't fully appreciate the quality of these wines until we opened up Daydreams for the holidays! Truly an exceptional wine! So glad we became members as we can't wait for our next shipment! Our favorite winery from this Paso east side tour!

Exceptional tasting experience with Kory. We did the scone pairing and it was such a delight. Unexpectedly delightful and absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every single wine on the menu and the tasting space was clean, pretty sitting under the oaks surrounded by the Vineyards. Not to be missed experience in Paso Robles!

Kory (owner)and Ron did our tasting and was simply superb. We leaned SO much about the winery, its history and more. We could not leave without a couple bottles of Dresser incredible wines. We LOVED this place, and I work in the wine industry. It is also a beautiful winery physically.

Fantastic winery!! Big bold red wines, beautiful intimate grounds, and great staff. I love it when the owner/winemaker takes the time to spend time with the guest, Kory will definitely make it a fun time. Strongly recommend visiting.

This is a unique and intimate wine tasting experience that you wont get anywhere else. My husband and I did a tasting with the owner, Kory. He toured us around the property and it felt just like we were at a friend's house. The conversations were organic, the views were amazing, and the wine was just as amazing. We took home a bottle of Sigh-la, their rosé. We can't wait to tell our friends and family to make a reservation for a tasting at Dresser!

Kory entertained us for almost 2 hours with a private tasting in the barrel room..all our friends loved the visit and learned a little about the wine making and vineyards. We tasted a lot of wine at different winery’s but no one came close to Dresser Winery. All the wines were bolder and the taste pours were like full glasses of wine. We didn’t complain. Lol. Can’t wait to come back again.

Delicious wine and very cool outdoor area to taste and sample the wines. Best part was learning about the history of the winery from owner and super host, Kory. Thank you Kory for making our afternoon perfect. The grey cat is an added bonus 👍🏼🥰🤣

Small winery with wonderful wines! You will have an awesome experience with Kory and Ron (if you’re lucky enough to see them both). This was our second visit (we liked it so much at the first visit we joined the wine club!), and they definitely make you feel at home. Some of the best full-bodied reds we have experienced in Paso and beyond! Do yourself a favor and book a tasting experience Dresser Winery.
