We loved Vin Rouge 51- it is a charming home!

It was close to everything we wanted to do, and had a great deck to enjoy at the end of the day. We enjoyed grilling steaks one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and super comfortable.

Highly recommended. I’m a hotelier, and don’t do vacation rentals very often and I was super impressed with everything about our experience..

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the grounds were also very well-maintained. The kitchen, bathrooms, and entire house was stocked very well and everything we needed for our stay was there. It was the perfect set up for our two families.

Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was excellent as the property manager. We spoke with them on Friday evening when we came back from dinner around 7PM and the electricity was out. A nearby car accident had knocked down a power line! We also didn't have water because the property is on an electric well. Cindy was super helpful in getting us access to the emergency flashlights and water bottles in the locked closet in the hallway. Marcel was also super helpful the next morning, which was Saturday.

Thanks again for a wonderful stay, and keep up the great work! We will definitely use your services again when we return to the area.

Love them! I have used Paso Robles Vacation Rentals several times for different occasions and I will be sure to go through them again! Working with them has been smooth and easy each time. Each house I have stayed in has been so unique and comfortable. Hands down the best rental company we've ever worked with and we have used many. They are incredibly responsive, will send out a maintenance person if needed, and did everything they could to make our stay of 3 weeks in Paso enjoyable. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We booked a house throught Paso Robles Vacation Rental to reunite with college friends from Cal Poly and enjoy some wineries. We had a great house and it was nice having a lit pool to spend some time in after a day of wine tasting. House was clean and had all the accommodations, I would recommend using them again.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service our family received. My family received devastating news related to the health of a guest. As a result, a few members of our party could no longer attend. Even with this devastating medical diagnosis, Paso Robles Vacation Rentals would not work with us to issue a refund or reimbursement of any type.

On top of the lack of customer service, the home was falsely advertised. The home was advertised as sleeping 8 people - it did not sleep that many. One of the beds was the worse quality I've ever experienced. My husband and I could not sleep, woke up with back pain, and moved to the floor and couch because that was more comfortable than the bed. The accommodations were not as advertised.

Additionally, the TV in the living room would randomly turn off and then back on. We'd be watching TV, and then it would just shut off - picture, sound, everything. No matter what we did - it wouldn't turn back on. But 10 mins later would automatically start back up. We ended up just unplugging it.

Lastly, when we arrived the fireplace did not work and multiple lights/light bulbs did not work.

Again, as a hospitality company we expected better. We will not be recommending Paso Robles Vacation Rentals to anyone or using them in the future.
