I live local and occasionally my girlfriends and I get together for a spa day at the 4S in Westlake. We met yesterday, and had a terrible experience after our amazing massages. I will start with the positives. The remodel is beautiful, they’ve done a wonderful job creating a chill vibe, everything is clean and beautiful. We all were happy with our masseuses. However, it went downhill when we went outside to the adult pool area for some cocktails and lunch. Morgan, was our server and training a new hire. The wait time for drinks was 30 minutes, for five glasses of champagne. On the second round, which again took 30 minutes to get, we asked for some cranberry juice on the side for our mimosas this time so we could add how much we wanted. It came in a large glass (not a small carafe), which was impossible to pour into a champagne flute, and we were charged eight dollars for it. Unfortunately, things did not get better with the food. The Baja tacos were tiny (street taco size) and terrible, we got three orders and no one finished them. The fish was dry and the red sauce on the was not good. When we complained, no solutions were offered. Lobster tacos and hummus, just average.

When we checked in the room was so noisy that we moved rooms. You could hear every car, every conversation from valet parking. We “upgraded” to another room facing the waterfall. It smelt so badly that we had to leave the windows open all night and turn the AC on. Then we decided to go to the pool the next day. About four people that worked the pool walked by as we set up our own chairs, opened the umbrella etc. we were never asked if we needed anything. They acted liked we weren’t even there. I use to love this place. It’s gone down hill. There was hair in the bathtub, hair in the shower and the smallest stain on the sheet. Thankfully I had my own sheets and didn’t sleep with that. The baseboards and behind the beds and side tables need a major deep cleaning.

When coming to California to experience the culture Westlake four seasons is the best place to stay. From the beautiful manicure grounds to The amazing staff, everything about this place screams, luxury and bespoke. Every inch of this establishment has been carefully and thoughtfully implemented. You can Tell that each staff member takes pride in the place that they work, providing an exceptional experience to guests. The maintenance the the restaurants front end concierge management, pool staff host doorman especially have made my stay here. One of the best I've ever experienced at a Four seasons definitely within my top three. The rooms are spacious and well designed with perfect color palettes to relax the eyes and mind. They even have a house car that is a lucid that they can chauffeur you in or you can take on your own. I highly recommend anybody to check this place out. I've attached a ton of pictures but the pictures don't do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself 😉

The Four Seasons Westlake Village is a 5 star luxury hotel tucked away in a beautiful compound approximately 40 minutes north of Beverly Hills.

The property here is idyllic and has an emphasis on wellness and rejuvenation with a world class spa (the largest in the portfolio), along with miniature waterfalls and manicured gardens.

Rooms here are recently renovated from 2021 and features a calming palette of beach like colors such as light blues and browns. Finishings are high and feature nice amenities such as Ember mugs, plush king sized mattresses and well stocked mini bar.

Staff here are great and attentive and do their best to accommodate special requests and early check-in. As with all FS properties, they are intuitive and genuinely warm.

This is a perfect property for a romantic getaway, mindful retreat, or corporate conference. It definitely feels like a refined sanctuary and oasis steps away from the buzz and energy of Los Angeles.

LOVE LOVE LOVE staying here! Like most Four Seasons, the staff is impeccable and trained very well. The rooms are lovely and given the proximity to Lindero Rd and the 101, it's very quiet. |Room service is quick and the orders are accurate. Food is great! |Absolutely no complaints. |Unlike the decline of most five star hotels, I finding the Four Seasons is upping it's game. The Ritz Carlton should take notice!

They hire unprofessional people now and they ask for a very high price for bad services! Many incidents happened to our family and friends. The most recent was from Coin and Candor manger Amany who was very rude when she informed us that our reservation was canceled. We made the reservation five days prior and there was misinformation regarding the reservation and she just didn’t care. There is definitely a change On the way this place runs nowadays!
I am very disappointed after many years being a loyal hotel, spa and restaurant customer!

The hotel is excellent, the food is very good and the staff is excellent. This is a top notch hotel. It would get 5 stars if not for one big problem. My only caution would be the valet parking. One of our party had $4500 of damage done to their car by the valet service and the hotel didn’t cover the damage. The valet service is contracted out, so the hotel washes their hands of anything that happens to your vehicle. The valet service has also refused to pay, so if you have a nice vehicle, you might want to self-park or at least be aware that the valet service won’t cover any damage they do to your vehicle. In my book, that’s not really acceptable, especially from a luxury facility.

One of the best Four Seasons I’ve visited in some time. The rooms are modern and stunningly decorated, the spa lives up to all of the hype you read about, and the pool/dining areas outdoors are the perfect resort retreat. Very impressed with the resort and as expected, tremendous staff always willing to help.
