Be careful if you book this hotel and want to cancel the booking before the due date. The refund process is tedious , tricky and well above 10-15 days. I booked a room for five nights from 1 Jan to 6 Jan 2025 with free cancellation on 6 Sept 2024 and decided to cancel it on 18/09/2025. The amount was charged on 8 Sept. See? they charged pretty quickly even if the due date is 1 Jan 2025, four months away.

The total amount is USD$1058 ,They split the whole refund into 4 transactions. I received the first two on 30 Sept and 04 Oct and then the last two pending transactions disappeared on my credit card on 11 Oct. It looks to me that they did a small trick here to hope the guest would lose track of the pending refund transactions if you have too many transactions in your credit account.

Eventually I got the last two refund on 14 Oct. I had to contact them again and again for the remainder. The whole refund takes 26 days. Be careful if you see free cancellation on booking.com website. Always unseen tricks there

Una experiencia completamente desastrosa, alojamiento NO RECOMENDALE.
Hicimos una reserva a través de Booking.com con cancelación gratuita en la que se nos hizo el pago íntegro. Finalmente decidimos cancelar la reserva, dentro del tiempo estipulado para ello. Estuvimos esperando la devolución del pago y al ver que no llegaba, escribimos al alojamiento. Este, cuando respondió pasados varios días, nos dijo que la cancelación no era gratuita y que leyéramos las condiciones. Pero teníamos el comprobante que decía que la cancelación era gratuita y que estaba aprobada.
Contactamos con Booking.com, los que nos ayudaron a solucionar el problema. Pasadas varias semanas solo hemos recibido la mitad del precio pagado y estamos a la espera de que se solucione, después de mucho tiempo perdido en correos y llamadas. Lo bueno es que si no se soluciona, Booking.com se compromete a pagarlos lo que falta, lo que es muy importante.
No me imagino qué habría pasado si no lo reserváramos a través de una empresa seria como Booking.com...
Si estáis buscando alojamiento en WEHO no uséis este.
