Had a room with 2 Queen beds; (would have preferred a King). Very roomy and quiet. Comfortable with plenty of towels and a "shower cap"! That seems to be something most places, even "higher dollar accommodations" won't provide without requesting same. ||Property well maintained; rooms very clean; housekeeping was excellent! Bonus was the vouchers provided by hotel for breakfast at Margie's Diner next door! Worked well for us; didn't have to drive around in search of a decent restaurant! Also they provided a "grab and go" option for those persons wanting just a quick bite.||Nice location; close to downtown Paso with restaurants; wine tasting and some shopping. Probably a great place to stay when the county fair is going.||Overall a very pleasant experience,

Overall, 5 stars. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, the bathroom light was quite dim, then it went out entirely. We reported it on the first night. When we returned from a party the next day the light still didn't work. The people at the desk apologized and moved us to a much nicer room, free upgrade. I'd give more than 5 stars for cystomer service if i could. They had to switch our wireless to a different server on the first night. While Chelsea the hotel employee was fixing that, I mentioned we were having trouble with android Auto on our rental car, and the rental employees couldn't or didn't want to spend time to fix it. Chelsea fixed that for us, too!! Definitely above and beyond the requirement
eople at the desk were very kind and helpful. We would stay here again.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. while trying to book a room 3 months out, I accidentally booked the room for that day. I tried calling the hotel and no one answered. I contacted Best Western customer service and they couldn’t get the location to answer their phone. Then, Best Western customer service contacted and said the hotel would not refund me because I was a no show. How is them not answering the phone my fault. I tried to cancel in time but no one answered. They do NOT care about guest. They only care about money

Close to town, but close to freeway (noise). Nice and professional employees!! They were lovely. Rooms were clean, just old and very loud! Disappointed that they started working in room above us and it was SO loud. Hot tub not open until 9.

The lobby of the hotel is undergoing renovation. As a consequence, they did not offer the usual breakfast, but they did offer $5 off at the connected cafe. We did not take them up on this, but went to the Starbucks that's a couple of doors down. This is an older motel but is fairly well maintained. It was generally quiet, although in the parking space outside our door was a man next to his pickup who was extremely drunk or stoned. The room itself, as others have noted, was dark. Overall, the accommodations were adequate for a 2 night stay, but nothing special. Probably would not stay here again as there are better choices in Paso Robles.

Good, spacious room with an old-style design. Nothing special, but a good place to stay overnight. One thing to note: the hot tub was more like a warm tub—it would be great if you guys could fix that.
