Chef Wayne is amazing! My family of 5 plus a toddler had him join us for breakfast, lunch & dinner during a week in Rosemary beach. Every single meal was delicious! Some of the family favorites were the arancini, caprese salad, lobster roll, crab cake, crab gnocchi, key lime pie, bread pudding & the daily omelets were outstanding. We will definitely be calling him again when we head back next year. On top of all the food being delicious, his friendly personality was a delight to have around. He cleaned all of our dishes throughout the week & even helped clear out the fridge of groceries when our week in Rosemary came to an end. 5 star service, restaurant quality cooking. 10/10 recommend!

Chef Wayne has cooked for our family on several occasions. When planning our trip to santa rosa beach this year I was so excited to find that he has finally began his own business because we always had to book him through another company.
