Five-Star Experience at Marriott Irvine Spectrum

I stayed here for business from Texas, and this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was impeccable, from the exclusive M Club with Starbucks coffee and fresh fruit in the morning to the excellent lunch and dinner options. Room service was also available, which was a lifesaver.

Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Room service was prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. On my last day, I had to extend my checkout due to how sick I was, and the front desk was so understanding—they accommodated me with no questions asked and genuine kindness.

When it was time to leave, I was feeling weak and completely drained. A gentleman from the staff came out to help me with my suitcases, which meant so much, especially being far from home and unwell.

This hotel deserves five stars for its cleanliness, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to guest needs—especially in an unfortunate situation like mine—did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again for future business trips.

As the title suggests, I love this hotel. The best part is its location - close to a huge mall with lot of dining options. The hotel itself is very charming, got some nice coffee in the lobby and they nearly always provide me with an upgrade (going there again in 2 weeks - hopefully, they will provide me one this time as always). Rooms are spacious and clean, views are average (facing a major highway but you can see the mountains in the far). For a business stay, I really have no complaints about this place. Have stayed in other Marriott properties around the area and MIS is my favorite by far.

It's not often that hotels get better over time but this one is a good exception.||Marco and Hanna went to lovely effort to provide welcoming messages and amenities in my room - I wonderful suite upgrade. Super spacious. David and Kevin were very gracious and prompt with check in and luggage delivery.||Matt at the club lounge remembered me and was so lovely to chat with and catch up with. The club lounge offerings have gotten even better than my last visit. The hotel was so generous with the evening food - very satisfying, could easily have considered it dinner if no prior reservations at a restaurant.||Highly recommended. The only amenity I wish this hotel would have but hasn't over the lifetime I've stayed at least is a spa or even just massage room and therapist would be great.

As my first time staying here, I had an exceptional experience thanks to the amazing team! Vincent kindly helped me with my luggage, and Aidan assisted with my vehicle. Brandon, Ben, and Kevin guided me through the check-in process and even helped me find the restaurant. The hotel’s ambiance was pleasant and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Their friendly and attentive service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We visit this hotel at least twice a year so this was our seventh visit to this hotel. Consistently one of the best hotels we stay in every year. Solid four stars. Wonderful front desk and valet service. Clean, quiet, predictable. Great food. We have zero complaints about this hotel. Thankful for the staff who work so hard to keep this hotel consistently running at top notch. We opt to stay here instead of the few five star hotels in the area- this place is a gem.

Stunningly beautiful property with excellent customer service from every staff member we saw. We were visiting for a 60-person birthday celebration at the hotel and we were absolutely blown away by the decor (gorgeous design!), level of service (from the event staff, bartenders, and valet staff), expansive lawn area with fireplace and outdoor games, and the food- definitely the best food I’ve ever had at a large event! We also were amazed with the views from the rooftop lounge. Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a gathering.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and attentive. . The breakfast selection was good, though there’s room for improvement with the variety. Location-wise, it’s convenient and close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A few minor issues here and there, but nothing that really impacted the experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a good value stay.

The Marriott Irvine Spectrum knows how to show guests a good time! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—and the valet team deserves a gold medal. These guys were like car ninjas, magically appearing with our ride before we even asked. Sure, the $55/night valet fee was a bit of a buzzkill, but their stellar service almost made me forget about it (almost).

Housekeeping? Let’s just say they had a rocky start. Day one was…not their best work. But after a quick chat with the front desk, they stepped up their game like they were auditioning for a cleaning reality show. By day two, our room was so spotless I half expected a butler to pop out of the closet.

The pool was fabulous—definitely the place to be if you’re looking to soak up some relaxation. And the staff? So friendly it felt like hanging out with a bunch of really helpful friends. Would we stay again? Absolutely! Marriott Irvine Spectrum, you had us at “welcome”.
