Located at 89449, 301, Hwy 50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448, this resort hotel offers a blend of natural beauty and comfortable accommodations. Currently, the resort is experiencing a period of limited visibility online, as reflected by its 0 reviews on Google My Business and an average opinion of 0/5. Despite this, the resort holds a certain appeal due to its prime location and established presence. This detailed overview aims to provide prospective visitors with a comprehensive understanding of what the Lake Village Resort offers, considering its features, location, and key information.

Location and Setting

The resort’s location is arguably its strongest asset. Situated in Zephyr Cove, Nevada, it enjoys immediate access to the stunning shores of Lake Tahoe. Specifically, it’s positioned along Highway 50, a major route providing easy access to both the north and south shores of the lake. This strategic positioning makes it convenient for exploring a vast array of attractions, including hiking trails, beaches, and various water sports activities. The immediate surroundings are characterized by pine forests and views of the lake, creating a distinctly rustic and serene atmosphere. The resort benefits from a relatively secluded location, offering a respite from the busier tourist areas of the lake, while still maintaining accessibility.

Resort Features and Amenities

As a resort hotel, Lake Village Resort focuses on providing a comprehensive experience for its guests. While specific details regarding current amenities require further investigation, historically, resorts of this type typically offer the following:

  • Accommodation Options: A variety of rooms and suites catering to different budgets and group sizes are generally available.
  • Dining Facilities: On-site restaurants or casual dining options are common, offering regional cuisine and lake views.
  • Recreational Activities: Many resorts provide access to outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking trails.
  • Event Spaces: Facilities for hosting weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings are often available.
  • Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs: These amenities are frequently included to enhance the guest experience.

It is recommended that visitors directly contact the resort to confirm the availability and specifics of these features, as they may have undergone recent changes. The resort’s website, which is currently unavailable, would have provided detailed information on these offerings.

Website and Contact Information

Currently, the Lake Village Resort’s website is unavailable. This presents a challenge for potential visitors seeking up-to-date information on rates, availability, and specific services. However, interested individuals can attempt to contact the resort via phone. Unfortunately, phone number information is not readily accessible at this time. Further research is needed to establish current contact methods.

Opinions and Reviews

As previously stated, the Lake Village Resort currently possesses 0 reviews on Google My Business. This lack of feedback underscores the need for the resort to actively engage with online review platforms to build a positive reputation. Encouraging guests to share their experiences is crucial for improving the resort’s visibility and attracting future visitors. A strong online presence, including compelling photos and detailed descriptions of services, is essential for overcoming this current challenge. The average opinion of 0/5 reflects the absence of reviews and suggests a significant opportunity for improvement.

Recommendations for Visitors

Given the limited information available online, prospective visitors are strongly advised to take the following precautions:

  • Direct Contact: Contact the resort directly via phone (once available) or email to confirm availability and rates.
  • Verify Amenities: Confirm the availability of specific amenities, such as swimming pools, restaurants, and recreational activities.

Despite the current lack of online visibility, the Lake Village Resort’s location and the inherent appeal of Lake Tahoe make it a potentially worthwhile destination for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat. A proactive approach to online engagement will undoubtedly enhance the resort’s visibility and attract a wider range of visitors.

Just returned from a 3 night stay in condo #39. We rented it through Tahoe Management. It was a great place and only a short drive to the casinos. It had 2 bedrooms, a hot tub, a full kitchen with everything you could ever need, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, 3 televisions, a stereo system, etc. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there! It was clean, well furnished, and very cozy. Can't wait to go back!

Having never been to this area before, it was difficult to decide where to book for a 1 week family summer vacation. We choose Lake Village Resort because we wanted a 3 bedroom unit, with full kitchen to prepare some meals in.||||Lake Village Resort is a goup of ski condo's average to above average in age and style. The location is very good, just a short distance from the casino's, Heavenly and all the Stateline attractions. Each condo is individually owned and most seemed to be average in decor, somewhat dated, but clean and definitely worth the price. They are just off the highway and there is no view. The unit we rented was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a bed in a loft and could accommodate 8 persons. The rental management office is on site and we had no problems whatsoever with booking, checking in or anything else.||||If you are looking to keep your family together in one unit for an affordable price this place is a decent deal. Reminder: there are several resorts with very similar names.||||Lake Tahoe is beautiful and well worth visiting. Lots to do and we especially enjoyed the outdoor activities.

This is a great condo community that offers tennis and swimming and a clubhouse. Open all year long there is plenty to do close by with casinos only a short drive away. We loved our condo and hated to leave. We rented through Tahoe Management/At Tahoe which is located close to Zephyr Cove. Our stay was quiet, relaxing and very enjoyable. This place is on the Nevada side but not very far from state line so we were not near all the husle and bustle of the mainstream traffic yet a very close drive to everything. We will definitely stay there again!

We were at 143 holly lane for a family reunion. First of all this is a wonderful area, lots to do. The location was perfect, beautiful view of the lake, the pool and community center perfect. Now for the condo-the pictures are deceiving as it is smaller than it appears. The first floor was 2 bedrooms with baths and laundry area. When you walk in the moldy musty smell hits you. Bathrooms are small but it is nice to have your own. Up the flight of stairs is the LR, kitchen and another toilet. Again this area has the moldy musty smells. There was a noticeable odor on the sofas. The DR chairs are dirty and stained with broken legs. The fridge was barely cool, we put the milk in the freezer to cool it. Dishwasher door feels like it will break at any moment. Up another flight of stairs is another BR with bath as well as a deck with hot tub. There are decks on each level but no chairs. The carpet throughout was stained and dirty appearing and the walls were dirty. It's too bad such a nice area has this unkempt condo, one that appears very dated and in need of cleaning.

This review is specifically of the 176A Tahoma Circle unit. ||Short version - Our stay here was basically OK. But overall this location feels old despite a modern appliance or two and could benefit from a big refresh. ||There was sufficient space for our group but the home is smaller than the pictures imply. Natural light can be good with plenty of windows (mostly upstairs). ||The useable garage was great to park in, same for an electronic front door lock so you don't have another key. ||The electric stove heats up quick and things seemed to cook just short of instantly (maybe it's the altitude?) And the place is generally quiet, we didn't easily hear outside noises.||There are a few bird games to play, books to read, and a couple of TVs with (confusing) DISH sat service. ||OTOH-||The hot tub is in a small storage room of its own in the garage. The room smelled stale, had no ambiance, felt very isolated and not easy to access from inside. We would have easily used it if it had been on the deck, but not in that room.||Ventilation isn't great. No matter what, we always had to open almost all the upstairs windows when cooking cause in a blink you can be overwhelmed with the smell and smoke of_____, esp if broiling anything. The kitchen fan just makes noise. ||Some windows do not properly latch to lock closed. Thumbs up to low local crime rates (I hope). ||The gas fireplace initially wouldn't light. After contacting the owner, we determined the pilot light was out. Once resolved the fireplace worked. Warning - lighting means turning the knob left to about 10 o'clock position and then backing up cause it lights with a WHOOSH/flame. After use, know that the gas knob and chain curtain will be -hot-.||The master bedroom bathroom has a standup shower only. Huh? Why does the guest/public bathroom get the tub and the master gets to stand up? ||The freezer door handle was broken. A new replacement part was found onsite but there was no torx tool handy to remove the broken part. This should be fixed by maintenance by now. ||The upstairs tv had a broken HDMI cord. Thankfully our kids' PlayStation uses HDMI. We notified the owner.||Yes there are "warning" signs all over - it's understandable because people can be really stupid these days and then go "whaaat What did I do?"||Expect to drive to the clubhouse, no easy walk. ||In conclusion, we enjoyed our visit to Tahoe. This home did what we basically needed. But don't expect the latest and greatest or anything lavish (which considering the price, we somewhat did).

Rented unit #186. 3 beds/2 baths. |Nicely designed for the group we had. Beautiful setting. Did not see any wild life on our trip. We were a little disappointed. A little colder than we thought it would be to use pool a lot. But we all enjoyed our stay.
