I had a King Forest view room. Beautiful forest view. Window could be opened for fresh air. Heated by the gas fireplace.||Nice refrigerator that could be turned off! Microwave.||Beautiful walk in shower. Bathroom very well heated from the ceiling. Actually the whole bedroom could be heated from the bathroom.||Everything was immaculate.||Breakfast buffet is included. If you arrive close to the end the kiddies will be gone.||I ordered the Prime Rib with the dinning room hostess after I reserved dinner during check-in. It is a great meal. Dinner seating is by reservation.

All staff was welcoming and helpful in every way. Beds are heaven and provide a great nights sleep. Laid back and comfy. Grounds are beautiful and rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Everything you will need is provided - mini fridge, coffee, tea, water.

I have Molly completely in love with Cambria Pines Lodge… I did not expect such beauty, friendliness, warmth, and peace when we arrived! I felt like I was in a quaint but lovingly appointed cottage In a Thomas Kincaid inspired painting! I will definitely be back!

We love Cambria, and always stay at Cambria Pine lodge. Love their garden and location. We usually do our morning exercise at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and come back for the nice breakfast at the hotel, seating in the garden and enjoy the morning coffee. The dinner package is good and the price is reasonable.

The grounds are Beautiful and the location is very quiet . The breakfast is delicious and our room was spotless! It seemed to be newly remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. The parking is plentiful and close to the rooms which is a plus!||Truly a gem!

It was peaceful, enjoyed the beautiful country. The nursery and town were lovely. The trail into town was a bit more treacherous than it was 2? yrs ago. But then we are also a bit older! Tree limb hanging real low and slippery especially since it just rained. Gotta watch where you step!

Suprised how secluded this resort is never would've thought it was in the middle of all the beauty. Rooms are a little outdated. Dinner and music Wow! The food was fantastic, little overpriced for what you get. The desert here makes you want more. The pool and hot tube are clean and wonderful. Overall great experience.

Deluxe Suite Prices with Motel 6 Service

This is the first time we've stayed at this lodge. The location was good, but we thought the prices were kind of high for what you get. We were right! The WiFi was down and no matter how many times I texted and called for them to fix it, all I got was "our IT guy rebooted the router" Even a 5 year old knows if rebooting the router doesn't work, the solution is not rebooting the router again.

They never called to give me status. I always had to contact them. The room phone was tied to the Internet, so didn't work either. I was supposed to be able to work remotely, and I couldn't!

I asked for a credit on my room charge, and they said the manager, Melissa L. would call me. She never did, and once again, I had to call them -only to be told she denied my request and I could leave a message on her voicemail. Horrible service - especially for the high prices. It's no wonder they had rooms available when all the other quality spots were booked.

Hey Cambria Pines, the economy is bad, and people can't afford things as much anymore. Do a lousy job with your service and people will stop coming - like me!

2/20 Update - I got a call from Wendy Sheraton, who said they would give me a credit for my trouble. The amount seemed fair, so I accepted. I am still waiting to see the credit before I change this review, but in all fairness, it is a start!

2/22, Well, I got a call from Wendy, and she said they were having a meeting with the staff to train them on better ways to handle things! Good! She also refunded me more than I asked for. Great! Honestly, everything else was great, and it made a wonderful memory! Thank you Wendy! I added another star under Service because of you!
