Nice room with a view on non-freeway side. Yummy breakfast. A bit congested in lobby, needs more room. Don't put tables right next to elevators. Very helpful front desk. Rooms are basic, but clean. Elevators and elevator areas need better attention to clean floors. Non-valet parking cost 20 a night.

I came here for one night but I wish I made it more. Nicole at the front desk was super polite and very helpful in answering all of my questions. The room was expertly cleaned, and there wasn't a single bad smell throughout the hotel. I was also pleased to see that the gym was just as clean as the rest of the hotel, and had a good amount of workout machines. The food was delicious and had a great variety of options. Would love to stay here again.

Maggie and her entire staff has exceptional service. This is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast and gift shop is amazing. Stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my fiancé. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back again soon.

For the first time in a long time, I'm writing a positive review for a Hilton hotel. This particular place helped me understand there's sill Hilton locations where customer service and hotel quality deserves more than one star (5 in this case). Even Lily and A Pada at their little store provided phenomenal service, while maintaining a great sense of humor.
I wasn't too happy about spending $30 for one night of parking, but we gladly overlooked it. The room kinda smelled a little musty, but again the overall experience for us was excellent.

Pleasantly surprised with this property. Amenities were as expected but the staff really were the shining stars. Millie & Laura at the desk were extremely and helpful and understood my asks. Issam provided the shuttle service to nearby locations. He explained the service, gave recommendations as he dropped me off to explore the Spectre. He was warm, engaging, and a friendly smile. I would book again at this property. There is a reception hour, fresh cookies per their usual.

We stayed here overnight for our trip further south to SD. The staff at reception was super helpful and proactive in giving us recommendations both in the local area and for our trip ahead. I believe her name was Millie (may be misspelling it!) but it made our stay brilliant from the start. The hotel is really what you expect from pictures so very much enjoyed it

Thank you Evelyn and Lilly you are the best. So happy and friendly. I will definitely continue staying at this hotel when convenient. They actually gave me a warm cookie. Friendly and good vibes at this location.
