The BEST charcuterie in North Alabama! I've had it many times but for some reason, never left a review! Xmas parties, birthdays, Easter, no matter the occasion, you can't go wrong! Shay will custom fit your culinary/allergen needs to any type of dining occasion. Whether it's a luncheon, dinner, or a cocktail event. Can't say enough good things about this business! We used Shay La Vie’s services on a weekly basis as a private chef for my family, as well as a monthly catering service for small gatherings/poker nights. We loved it and would highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of catering/private chef/teacher/one stop shop! Not only do they have the best charcuterie boards around, their food is to die for! Super upset we had to move out of state or else we would still be using their services today! I can’t say enough great things about Chef Shay! Give her a try, you will not regret it!

I have always been in search of the perfect chocolate chip cookie. I have been to many countries and states and never found it until 1 miraculous day it was sitting in my breakroom at work. I ate 7 of Shay's most amazing, delicious cookies with every kind of nut on top and drizzled with caramel and chocolate. It was gooey and messy and crunchy and chewy too. It had all the magnificent flavors and pizzazz I'd always wanted in a cookie! Anyways, I'm hooked. Shay creates so much more than just the most amazing cookie that I have searched for my Whole life! It took me 53 years too find Shay. I just placed an order for 7 dozen cookies for my daughter's teachers at school. Hopefully they will make it to the teachers!

I have ordered several times from Shay la Vie and every single thing has been delicious with a beautiful presentation. Chef uses only the best ingredients and is not only an amazing Chef but is truly an artist. There is nothing she can’t do! Looking forward to my next order already and it’s been less than a week!
