Ana in their breakfast area provides excellent customer service. She is kind, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed coming to get breakfast and seeing her smiling and greeting everyone. The food was yummy. |Their front desk clerks are the kindest as well. They are all so attentive. I have enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and have excellent employees that provide great customer service. I appreciate the clean towels, well working elevators, and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection of cereals, bagels, muffins, waffles (great selection of toppings as well!), eggs, sausage, potatoes, various drinks. The complimentary hot water and coffee available 24-hrs in the lobby is greatly appreciated. The location is very convenient and safe, and less than 5 minute walking distance to Target, Dollar Tree, Taco Bell, Del Taco, and other various stores. We really enjoyed our stay a lot which made us feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend other families to stay here as well.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cypress, CA hotel. The room was spacious & clean w/ a comfortable bed. The employees are all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in our several years of travelling nation wide. The breakfast hostess, Ana, is a dedicated, hard worker (hard to find nowadays) & was very hospitable & friendly. Very clean, friendly reception team and Ana in the breakfast area was excellent! She was super attentive and made our stay much better! We are definitely coming back! This hotel is also in a safe area too! A variety of restaurants, shops and amenities! Great location overall!

Good place to stay and play in the park. A small drive, but it saves on the $50 parking other hotels charge for over-night parking. The BEST part of the stay is waking up in the morning to Ana’s fantastic breakfast. Hot and delicious with a warm smile each and every morning. On mornings where time is of the essence, a brown bag awaits to grab and go.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ella is always very helpful, making sure are care of every step of the way. Also, big shout out to the maintenance department. Stayed here twice so far, and will be doing so again. It is a super nice, tucked away location. Also, happens to be right next door to Target, Dollar Tree and other very convenient retailers

Positive: Loved the Staff...They went above and beyond to meet our needs.... pretty rare in todays world.... Kudos to them! Negative: Hotel was great... Only issue we had were with guests staying above us that made noise ALL night long.... We had to change rooms and the staff was great about it!

This is our first time staying at this Hampton, we are very impressed with the friendliness of the staff (both Front Desk and Breakfast) - the food at breakfast is amazing.. the hotel is well-kept and clean.. It seems like they really value their guests and ensure great experience during the stay. Will definitely come back to this hotel!
