Super well maintained and reasonable size room, minor door lock issue in bathroom. Old facility outside, inside comfortable. All electricals worked. All staff looked very sincere in their work, trying to serve guests. Location is good, facility is old. Great for medium standards. Lobby and dinning area is small. Moderate breakfast fairly stocked. So don't expect luxury and style, but peaceful stay for the visit. Slow payment/refund system, no email response received on deposit refund, maybe too much management control on the staff. No self initiated communication by Mr. Tony or anyone else. Zero communication by Tony and team. But Days Inn corporate communication is superd through all the steps. I had asked for iron in advance before boarding the plane, they said yes, on site, they said no, so wasted my few hours on it, but zero communication. Regardless, because of the room and staff's hard work and willingness to help, 4 star. (no luxury, but comfy)

The hotel is older but the rooms are clean. We never had any issues at all. Staff was attentive and polite. Parking was easy too. I appreciated the jacuzzi after the long drive too. It is super close to both Disney and Knott's, which makes it really convenient.

I was a little skeptical about the hotel after reading some negative reviews, but we had a clean room, comfortable beds, soft pillows, great check-in and check-out service. Easy 15 minute drive to Disneyland parking garage. The walls are a little thin, but most hotel walls are. Will definitely stay again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Drove 20 hours from Colorado, arrived at 9am. I went in and asked if there was any way to check in early, even offering to pay more. 90% of the rooms had been empty mind you, and the guy was very rude and just said no. Wouldn't accommodate anything. When we finally were able to get a room 6 hours later, it was absolutely terrible. The door had a 1 inch gap at the bottom and half inch gap on the side. Water in the shower was cold, laundry bags had what looked like feces on them, room was not clean, fridge didn't get cold. When we asked about switching rooms, the front desk threw a fit, sent the maid up to the room for some reason who then tried to tell us that the door was fine and nothing was wrong. We moved rooms and the new one wasn't much better. This morning 1 hour before the pool was open I asked if he could open the pool so I could sit in the hot tub with my coffee (Im here for a hockey tournament so need to loosen up) and he refused to open it. He said he wouldn't even open it 1 minute early. Not only would he not let me in early he also never mentioned the fact that they don't turn the hot tub heater on until 4pm!! What a joke this place and their people are! Again, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Was not near as near Disney park as led to believe. Rooms were okay. Pool is NOT heated so February visit proved to not be a pool time of the year with it not heated. I live in Montana and have swam in rivers less cold. Hot tub had a lot of sediment in it and what felt like glass pieces. The third morning we were woke up to someone knocking on our door and asking my wife to borrow a lighter at 6 am. The next night there was an ongoing fight coming from a room and cops came. The last night we allowed room service that day and they changed the sheets in one bed and it was dirtier than before it was service. Felt like the sheets were covered in sand/dirt. Staff customer service was lackluster, but you do get what you pay for. Likely my last stay at this place unless I end up divorced, develop a need for hookers (quite a few in Beach), and don’t have a lot of money. Asked front desk person to have it addressed by management via some money back and have not heard back. Still waiting

The room did not meet cleanliness standards. There was hair in both beds, stains on the mattresses and bedding, and hair in the shower. Additionally, I was shocked to find roaches in the room. The couch was also noticeably dirty. We received complaints from the front office alleging that we were being excessively loud, which was not accurate. The issue seems to stem from the walls and ceiling being extremely thin, which is a concern and affects the overall experience. Considering the cost of $275 for a two-night stay, the experience did not feel worth the price.

The area is very sketchy. We had someone knocking at our door around 3AM trying to get into our room. There is no security. Oh well. The rooms were slightly clean. The rooms are so thin. You can hear upstairs and the people outside. The maids have no respect of keeping it quiet. I wouldn’t try this hotel. Yes. You’re paying what you’re asking for but damn. I wasn’t asking to get almost robbed by a random person at night.

Infested with cockroaches. Turned on the hair dryer and dozens of roaches flew out of it.

The fire alarm in the room was beeping. We told the front desk about it and they told us to just take the battery out. Extremely safe and not break any sort of regulations at all..
