I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jeovanny, the general manager, and his amazing staff, especially on the top Amanda, Mathew, Christine ,Ereck and Kevin. You truly made my stay memorable. Special thanks also goes to the kind breakfast lady who went out of her way to prepare egg-whites for me, as I don’t enjoy ordinary scrambled eggs.||I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. The team also supported me in making my business trip productive by assisting with receiving my bought online orders and printing important documents. This was my second stay, and it certainly won’t be my last. I’m already looking forward to returning.||If I could, I would give this hotel 10 stars for the exceptional service but since I love coming back, I’d like to share few recommendations to elevate the experience to an A+ level of excellence:||1. Add a safe box in the rooms for enhanced security.||2. For guests who don’t eat pork, I suggest including a daily fixed breakfast option with beef or turkey, rather than offering it on selected days only.||3. Improve the lighting in the living room by adding more lamps to create a better reading environment.||4. Introduce discounted rates for long-term stays, such as one month or more, and offer additional extra discounts for stays of six months or longer.||5. Place a water dispenser near the rooms starting from number 100 on the ground floor for added convenience.||Thank you again for a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back!

A bit of a drive, but after 5 hours of driving from Vegas, it was nice to relax in a clean, comfortable and very spacious room. Front desk staff Ms. Amanda was friendly and accommodating prior to our arrival via text/app. It was late night when we arrived and asked for extra towels. The staff came by our room with it within minutes. We appreciated their assistance. ||Amenities: outdoor pool, gym, laundry facilities (credit cards only), free parking and free breakfast. I think there might be free beers in the evening, too. We brought our 2 small dogs, but there’s a fee. ||Location: nearby Costco (short walk, but long lines just to get inside); Red Robin restaurant, Chevron, Trader Joe’s, horse race track, Blk Dot Coffee and lots more. Evening mist (fog) was a rare treat for us - love it! ||Room: most spacious room we’ve ever stayed in; full kitchen with dining table and 2 chairs; lots of cubicles and closet. Unfortunately, sofa wasn’t a sofa bed. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our brief stay.

This was a great hotel for a long weekend visit! We loved having a kitchen area so we could bring dinners back to the room at night, and our 2 Queen room felt spacious for our family of 4. The included breakfast each morning had a lot of variety and the food was fresh, there was something for everyone. Hotel seemed clean, beds were comfortable enough. It was chilly while we were there so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor area, it looked great. They also had a pretty impressive gym with a variety of workout equipment including weights, several treadmills and a Peleton bike. We would stay here again if we were in the area!

The hotel is new which is why we stayed here and it did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and big; they were like studio apartments. The staff is friendly. My husband and i were able to relax by the fire pits after a long day while the kids played the outside games.

This Homewood Suites is newer and it in a nice area. My family stayed in a king 1 bedroom suite and it was perfect space. It gave us two separate areas but bigger than other Homewood Suites with a better layout. It felt like a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. You enter in a foyer where the closets are across from the bathroom and a bedroom door next to the entry door. The living area had a nice size sectional that partly opened to a pull out sofa with a tv mounted in the wall and a kitchen area with an island with seating. Nothing felt tight. It had lots of natural light.

Cons: the suites have several usb C outlets and only 1 worked. We did inform the hotel and they sent someone up. The parking lot is open yet they charge $22 parking. It felt like a money grab to guest. The check in lady said sometimes people park in their lot. We were out all hours and never saw anyone monitoring the parking lot (not saying the didn’t) but without a gated area it was hard for me to justify why they were charging for basic parking. The breakfast was just okay. There was no evening managers reception. My final con was that for rooms that are priced well over $200 per night room service did not refresh our room. This was something that I noticed started in the pandemic for safety where hotels didn’t send housekeeping into rooms daily. It’s 2025 and many hotels are back to offering daily housekeeping. I stay at multiple different hotels per year and this is the first time in years that this came up. I wasn’t aware that our rooms had not been cleaned so after spending a day in the theme park and some rain, my family was exhausted and it didn’t feel good to enter a hotel with unmade beds, a used towel on the bed, and trash. That really changed my good feeling at the hotel. I quickly started tidying up and again was exhausted. I think hotels should understand that one of their main perks is housekeeping. I can stay in a air bnb with more beds and space for the same cost if I wanted to skip room service.

Lovely new hotel! Our room with two beds was huge. We enjoyed having the sitting area so that we could spread out a bit. We only stayed two nights so didn't get a chance to use the kitchen area for cooking, but it would come in handy for a longer stay.|Location is convenient to shopping and felt safe.|All of the staff we encountered were friendly.|The breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked both mornings.|Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Cypress area.

I have been to plenty of decent 3 stars hotel but this place was the best. Felt more like a 4.5 stars to me. Staffs were friendly, entire establishment was very clean and refreshing. The place was so well lid up and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay here. The surrounding area was pretty awesome as well. We will be staying here for every visit in the future.

My sister stayed here for 2 days to go to a concert and for a Disneyland trip. This place was the perfect place to stay. Both places we wanted to go were not too far and this hotel was very quiet and so clean. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! We were very happy with our stay here and will definitely be coming back on our next Disneyland trip. Highly recommend this place!
