Waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich, I didn’t order anything crazy just a chicken salad sandwich nothing added. When I went up and said something front staff looked at me confused before asking back staff. Back staff had no idea about my order, after saying it would be made, had to come back to me and ask what was on my sandwich. Needless to say I left with no sandwich and yeah they refunded me the price of my sandwich what about the tip I left? Nothing further to rectify the situation. I won’t be going back

I feel like this business should be relegated to nevada, because charging people money to screw them this hard should require a special license.

Stopped by on our way home to Sparks from California. The side salad that comes with a sandwich meal is huge! Super fresh. I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich. The bread has nice bite to it, not tough & chewy like most sourdough rolls. The brisket melts in your mouth!

Almost no meat on the sandwich and barely any feta cheese on the Greek salad.

On top of that, they short-changed us one side salad, and everything was bland, dry, and boring.

I love Sourdough and Co, but one of the employees at this locations who I saw in person handle my and other people's food wasn't wearing a mask in the middle of a global pandemic. This is unacceptable behavior, specially since the restaurant's policy is to have their employees wear mask for the safety of their customers. It's incredibly selfish on her and the location's part to not cater to the customer's safety and preference. No one that's this egotistical should work serving other people.

Wow, what an awful disappointment. The place was recommended to us but our sandwiches were horrible surprises.

My Caprese was supposed to have Pesto Aioli - basil, garlic, lemon in mayo. It was basically all a big goop of mayo, no flavors of any sort. And two very measly slices of mozzarella (see photo).

My husband couldn't find the cranberries in his chicken salad, took one bite and realized it was tuna in mayo, also no flavors, nothing else.

And $23 for this mess?! Unfortunately we ordered to go, and by the time we got home to eat it was too much to return the food for our money back. It all got tossed.

What happened here?!

The food was fantastic. The bread on the sandwiches is amazing and the flavor was awesome. My husband had a chicken salad sandwich with cheese, and I had the caprese. The only thing is I don't understand how basically a cheese sandwich is two and a half dollars more than a meat sandwich that has cheese. Other than that it was a perfect experience.
