I have been getting my lashes done for 3 years before I moved to OC and found this place. My first time I got a full set at the “amazing” lash studio turned my eyes super red. And I don’t have a glue allergy. They were a few lashes at the edge of my eye that were poking out and it didn’t look anything like they post on instagram. It lasted me a little over 2 weeks. The second time I came for a refill lasted me only one week. They tried to lock me in on twice a month membership but I usually get it done one in 3-4 weeks, so I got once a month membership. Now I can understand their system: they lock you in with a discount on the first set, then refill will cost you $150 and they do a horrible job that don’t last so you keep coming back every week. But I’m a busy professional, I don’t have time to keep coming back every week. So I tried to cancel my Memebership, and they never sent me the email. I called back and they said it will take 40 mins to send an email like almost as long as they do a lash set. My last refill took 40 mons with them which is probably why it fell off in a week. I finally got my termination of membership after multiple phones and disrespectful customer service. Crossing my fingers that they won’t keep charging my card.

Terrible Experience Unfortunately. I had a brow service with Emily. First time doing a lamination and let Emily know that this was my first lamination. She offered for me to come into the studio to review my brows and let me know if I am a good candidate and what to expect. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. All great so far.

She let me know that I was a good candidate and showed me in the mirror what the results would look like. Well, the lamination was unfortunately a wreck. I followed all the instructions exactly as recommended but I noticed within a few days the hairs were going in different directions. Kind of like bed head but on the brows. I would brush them with castor oil as recommended and they would start to tame slightly but within an hour the hair was going in all directions again and was untamable when out and about. Honestly, I felt embarrassed because I looked like such a mess in public.

I called the Lash studio and Emily was helpful with trying to make things right. She offered after the first week to redo them after the solution wore off at no cost. This seemed very nice. I understand that everyone's hair must take differently. Though by week three my eyebrows became even more unmanageable and not tamable. I called back the Lash studio and Emily explained that she would use a stronger solution because my eyebrow hair is stubborn. Which I do think that my eyebrows can be a bit stubborn. I use the Anastasia Brow Freeze and it takes a few rounds to get them to really hold but I figured a professional lamination would at least keep them in the same direction.

I told Emily that I'm nervous that if the next lamination didn't work I would have to walk around for another month plus with eyebrows that look like I stuck my finger in a socket. She understood and I asked for a refund instead. She stated her manager would connect with me to move forward with a refund. I did not hear back from the manager. I was having trouble with my VM so I called the lash studio a few times to see if anyone connected but it did not seem that was the case.

The woman at the front desk did take the time to speak with the manager, who did not call me herself but just simply relayed the message that we don't offer refunds. Please come back for another visit. Wow! Completely dismissive of what is going on. I told the front desk person that when things go hay wire in any business they should try to make it right and that just dismissing my needs is unacceptable. Please go back and speak with her again and let me know about a refund. Since that conversation, no phone call, text message or anything. I told them that I wanted to try and work this out internally but I guess the manager just doesn't care. So this is my terrible experience.
