My experience with AV Travel was far from satisfactory. First of all, they charge $35 per ticket, which is absurdly high. I don’t understand how they justify such an excessive service fee, especially for the minimal service provided. It makes no sense to pay that much just to book a ticket.

To make things worse, the customer service was poor. The representative I spoke with seemed completely unprofessional and unprepared. She didn’t even seem to know how to properly communicate or answer simple questions, which only added to my frustration.

Honestly, if you’re looking for a smooth and cost-effective ticket booking experience, avoid AV Travel Agency. Their high fees and lackluster customer service are simply not worth it.

Our first time with AV Travel agency. We did the Best of Viet Nam tour. We were very happy with the tour. We loved everything about this tour and including our tour guy Quang. He was very professional and very accommodating to all our requests. Many thanks to our friends M&T for recommending AV Travel to us.

There’s a lot of hidden costs.
For exp: tour cost plus taxes, everyone thought it’s just a sell tax but no they add 10% on what they call tax.

If I could, I would give them thousands of negative stars. I went on a Eastern Europe with this tour "company". First, their price was double Costco's and the quality of their tour was worse. The tour guides were amateur, unprofessional, rude and immature; however, they demanded very high tips that they did not deserve. Especially, these tour guides could not even speak English. If you have any issues with the hotels, services or anything, they told you to deal with it, and refused to stand up or solve it for you. What are their "jobs" as tour guides. 98% of my fellow travelers were Vietnamese from California. Some of them were loud, rude, gossiping, and barbaric. They even fought for empty seats while they already had a couple spare seats for themselves. One middle aged couple in the back of the bus always reserved 8 seats for 2 of them!!! Shameful and barbaric! I would never recommend this tour "company" to anyone. Mostly for older Vietnamese people who can't speak English; however, there are other Vietnamese tour companies in the U.S and their prices are much less expensive; one of them is ATNT tour.

Kinda on the high end service tour angency, tour guides are all amazing and highly à qualified professional can speak Vietnamese and English.They can recommend yummy local affordable/ authentic gourmet places to eat,and quite great bus tour storytellers in bilingual. Hotel quality are all 4 to 5 stars as they promised,these things set AV travel apart from others tour company. YES, we have a good time ! Highly recommended if you can afford.

Excellent service with well planned tour. AVTravel deserved a 5 golden stars in service.
We just came back from Best of Greece 2022 tour trip escorted by 2 expert tour guides Simone Nga and Viet Hung.
Our group of 30 members were well care by Nga and Hung throughout the journey just like a big family living in the same house.
They both so kind, polite, generous and professional. Willingness to do what ever it takes to make the best for the group.
Transportation and hotel were good and high-end except one little suggestion about buffet dinner at the Titania hotel in Anthens needs to improve in quality of food to be better like it called 5 star hotel.
We're very satisfied and enjoyed the trip with AVtravel and love to come back again and again.
