I love coming to this little shop on my lunch. I pop in most weeks at least once or twice. The ladies working here are very friendly. I feel like a part of the family once I walk through the doors. No joke. They do not skimp on the portions and everything always tastes excellent. Smoothies are incredible too. My facility frequently grabs lunch from here for our guests as well. I'd much rather come here and contribute to a Mom n’ Pop shop that’s a part of the community than go to some chain.

Adorable deli and delicious food. The pasta salad is really unique with a bit of a smoky creamy sauce. The sandwiches and bread are top notch. Super fast service!

You get a lot of bang for your buck here; a lot of the sandwiches are BIG and usually come with a side. The only downside is breakfast foods are no longer available after 11 AM and there are no outlets near any of the tables. That being said, great food, great vibes and plentiful parking.

Their pasta salad with the homemade ranch is worth coming here.. on top of that, the sandwiches are delicious and the family that runs it are great people. A big sandwich and pasta salad is only $10!! One of the best delis in East County, in my opinion.

Smoothies are really good!! We got the Bee Stinger and the Raspberry Recovery; both are amazing. The sandwiches are really good too. I got a meat lovers breakfast sandwich on squaw bread. It comes with ham, sausage, bacon, egg, chipotle mayo, and cheese. Sooooo good. The woman at the front (I didn’t catch her name) was super friendly.

Definitely a hidden gem that’s worth trying!
