I recently visited Vigilante Coffee Vista looking for a cozy spot to focus while editing hours of wedding footage. 💻 I arrived in the morning and ended up doing 4.5 hours of deep work! The atmosphere was just right for productivity, with a perfect blend of energy and calm.

I ordered an açai bowl, and let me tell you, it was super yummy! 😋 It provided the perfect fuel to keep me going through my editing marathon. The flavors were fresh, and it definitely added to the overall experience!

The workers were incredibly nice and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. 🤗 The cozy vibe of the café really helped me to concentrate and enjoy my time there. I can see this becoming my go-to spot for work outside of home!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Vigilante Coffee Vista. 🌟 I’ll definitely be back again to enjoy more productive sessions in this lovely café. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I had a great experience at Vigilante Coffee! Parking was easy, and the shop itself is spacious with a calm, relaxed vibe. There weren’t many people staying for long, which made it a nice, quiet place to enjoy my time. They offer SEVERAL VEGAN options, which is a huge plus in this area where it’s hard to find places with vegan choices. I tried the vegan raspberry pop tart and cinnamon roll, both were delicious, and they even warmed them up for me!

Other vegan options include a pumpkin seed mini loaf, pumpkin cheesecake Danish, and oatmeal breakfast cookie, which I’ll definitely be trying next time. It's important to mention all these because it’s rare to find so many vegan treats in one spot, and I want to help keep this place going strong!

The staff was super friendly, and the bathroom facilities were impressively clean, with some cool, artistic touches. The bathroom had a skate-magazine, hipster vibe with lots of photos, which added to the overall ambiance. There’s also a cute outdoor patio in the back with colorful umbrellas hung across lines and some well-placed plants – they’ve clearly put effort into creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Pricing was reasonable – I got two vegan treats and an Earl Grey tea for under $10. Speaking of the tea, it was great! They filled it to the top, unlike some places that skimp on portion size.

The only small downside was the lack of trash cans outside of the bathroom. We had to give our trash to the staff, which was a bit confusing, but maybe it’s for a sustainability reason. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Super cute spot in Vista!

Lots of space for hanging out and relaxing with a coffee. Cashier/barista was friendly and welcoming.

Tried the iced horchata latte and was underwhelmed. Especially at $6 for a 12oz The drink wasn’t fully mixed (see pictures) and there was too much powdered cinnamon sprinkled on top, which meant I was drinking globs of cinnamon powder. Rather unpleasant for a drinking experience. The flavor was okay, a little too sweet for my taste buds.

The coffee however, was excellent. Not bitter or acidic and super smooth! I think I just tried the wrong drink.

Not sure if I just tried them on an off day, but will for sure try again to see if the mixed drinks are better next time and will update my review accordingly.

Very happy to welcome Vigilante to Vista! It’s an awesome space, super friendly staff, great selection of breakfast food items, and some really well-crafted espressos and coffees. A very chill spot, family friendly. A place to gather.

I really enjoy the open layout and airy atmosphere. The lattes are consistent with the Oceanside location, which is great. Upon approaching the counter I was greeted with a friendly smile and good service. I'm happy it's finally open, as I have been waiting since it was first announced.

Spacious, delicious coffee shop! Their toast is great (tried the GOAT and Barista) and the lattes we're perfectly made (tried maple spice and honey cinnamon -- loved them both).

Really relaxing atmosphere here. Milk is steamed properly. Lots of great pastries from Split House (largely vegan) -- try the pop tarts if you've never had them!

I definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area!

Atmosphere is nice. Plenty of seating. The business next door will make you move your vehicle. Coffee was awesome. Staff was freindly. Only thing I'd change is the paper lids. It's not bad at first but after a while it's pretty disgusting. Will be going often.

Recently moved to Vista and needed a new coffee spot and Vigilante did not disappoint!! The quality of the food/coffee, service and vibe is top notch. I ordered a dirty chai & acai bowl and both were absolutely delicious! I couldn't recommend this place enough.
