Assigned sites are bad. We went with our friends and usually we park very close to each other so that we can have fun but no not this time. We were halfway across the park and barely got together unless we drove over to each other site because of our age we couldn’t walk that far. The science sites are terrible go back to the original where you choose your own site first come first serve

The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. From the first park ranger we met (Julie) to the Country Store staff, to others, everyone made us feel welcomed. We were lucky enough to find a spot in the 90s section near the pool. All facilities are clean and we'll maintained. Cellular service was perfect, too! We're definitely returning!

We booked a cabin for two nights. The toilet was dirty with urine stains on the rim. After taking a shower and using their towels I needed another shower cause i looked like a sheep from all the lint their towels left on me. The bed had hair and a live insect was found under the cover. The dishes were stained and dusty. We were near the lake and it stank so bad. We couldnt eat outside cause the smell was just so overwhelming.
Overall the cabin was gross but the staff was friendly and they had fun activities for the children. Wouldn’t go again.

I used to have a good review for this park but had to remove it and post this NEGATIVE review for atleast the last year the park has gotten outta control police chases and raids fights drugs... the managers power trip for no reason and do nothing about the serious problems like right before they suspended us for 90 days due to my kid not picking up a dog turd right away the night before 2 drunk families were out at 2am fighting with bats and children so I went out to help and defuse the situation and the next morning we were suspended thousand trails is losing control and it's not OK we have been elite members for almost 5 years and paid off at that this is the worst it's been sad when all a family is trying to do is live and camp in peace:(

This place is wonderful! Second time I have been here. It’s just unfortunate the development that is happening around the campsite.

We loved our stay at Wilderness Lakes Thousand Trails Menifee. So relaxing and beautiful. Weather was very nice. We will definitely stay there again and again. Thousand Trails camp grounds are the best. The campground was quiet and nice. 😉

The park is nice and in a good location. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The sites are good but need more 50A service sites. Park is mowed etc but many times the leaves bark from trees etc is not picked up. I love the activities now and the food trucks that come in. I would recommend this park to all my friends.

the stay was great. camp site had electricity hook ups and spicket with running water. The bathrooms were really nice. there was a clubhouse to play games and build puzzles in and it has air conditioning so that was really nice to have during the heat
