Positive: NOTHING, it was a horrible experience. Negative: There were two women who you can tell were on drugs yelling at each other, one downstairs and the other upstairs. Both my daughters looked at me and said mom, are you sure you want to stay here. I told them to get back in the car and lock the doors.

I had an amazing stay at last night! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality, especially from Brandy, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing night. The attention to detail and the excellent service made my stay truly memorable. The room doesn’t look like the picture. Our room was dirty and the seat toilet was damaged and burned with cigarette. We have reported this issue 3 times. I have a 3 year old child and this is disgusting to see. Reported that phone doesn’t work. Reported the floor all dirty. Reported that this room doesn’t have hair dryer and Iron. Requested rooms service multiple times in person but I had to do the job and no-one showed up. All I was told that my manager is on vacation and I will text my manager. I asked who’s covering the manager? The answer was no one. GREAT!!! no one bothered to switch my room until the manager figures this out.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

On December 30th 2024 at 11:00 am. we were checking out after staying there we paid our deposit in cash and we were on our way to get it back. when we spoke to the receptionist she gave us back a old $100 bill. One thing about our family is that whenever we are at the bank we always ask for brand new bills, and we know when we paid the deposit we paid with brand new bills. We explained that to her until another receptionist came over they both started getting defensive and arguing with us also claiming that this was the exact bill which it wasn’t they were rude and disrespectful and even kicked us out horrible service and disrespectful staff super entitled

The room was a bit small and the shower FLOODS the bathroom when you use it 😕 we had to request lots of extra towels to keep from slipping on the flooded floors after our shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable and you can feel the springs when you sleep. The ice machine on the second floor is completely broken. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was pretty satisfying other than there being no milk. The room had a decent mini fridge and microwave which was super convenient. Check in and check out were really simple and easy. The location was a decent drive from the beach (about 15-30 mins depending). All in all, I don't think I would stay again for the same price. Either they fix the bathroom flooding and get nicer beds or they should lower their prices. It was okay for a one night stay.

If I could give this hotel a -1, I would. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The AC didn't work properly, with one side of the room cold while the other was humid and warm. The AC vent would spit out warm air and despite my complaints to the front desk, nothing was done. The bed frame was filthy and had some kind of yellow sauce dried up on it. The floors were also dirty, and I even found a toenail on the corner of the bed. Beneath the fridge, there was a brown liquid that looked like blood. Additionally, the toilet seat in the bathroom wasn't properly attached and there was a cleanliness issue with the shower. Also, the night cost me almost 200$! For all this is actually crazy! The place was also super sketchy, the people around us were so rude.

The service was unacceptable as well. I spoke to an employee named Stephanie who assured me that she would request a full refund from her manager, Daniel, who would be available the next day. However, Daniel was not there as promised, and when a manager named Ashley called Stephanie to verify, she denied making such a promise. It's extremely frustrating that they refused to give me a refund despite the terrible experience my family had. If you're thinking about booking this hotel, DO NOT!

Beware, these guys use deceptive advertising. The building doesn't look anything like what's in the picture. Our booking stated King, Queen, AND a bunk bed. We expected to receive a king bed, a queen bed, and a set of twin beds in a bunk. We got a king bed, and a full size bed with a twin bunk on top. Pillows had brown spots all over them. There were bugs in the room. The bat faucet was broken and it was extremely difficult to turn it on. The bath also had a leak. They denied us an extra cot or mattress for the room. They supplied only one key card for entry. Keep your distance from this one.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival we walked into a dirty hotel room, there were stains on the sheets and on the towels. I asked for new bedding, and when I changed the sheets it looked like a crime scene, there was dried blood on the mattress. The floors weren’t swept or mopped. There was mold in the shower. The sink in the bathroom had a hole in it that sprayed you every time you turned it on. The lights flickered. It is right near a freeway so you only hear cars all night. We checked out a day early because we couldn’t stay another night there. Luckily they gave us a refund on the other night we did not stay. Over all terrible experience. Would never stay here again. Do not waste your money.
