It’s rare to come by exceptional customer service these days, but Shaquille truly set the bar. Our family was going through a difficult situation, and Shaquille went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. He was incredibly accommodating and provided top-of-the-line service that made a tough time a little easier to handle. Marriott is extremely lucky to have him as an associate. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for outstanding customer service!

Very nice hotel. Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Only issue was low water pressure. Decent breakfast options.

This hotel doesn't do housekeeping daily, You'll have to ask for a cleaning service if you need one.
The front desk lady can work in her social skills a bit.
The location is fantastic as it is close to freeways, shopping, and restaurants.
Breakfast should be extended to 10 am on Saturdays.

Shaquille Great customer service |He had knowledge about local bars and restaurants to go to to enjoy yourself. I stayed out here for two days on a business trip. Best check-in ever.💯✊🏾 can’t wait to take a trip with the Family and this hotel is on the map ♾️

What was great here: I loved the oatmeal and many options of toppings that were a part of the free breakfast; also, a nice, clean lobby. A Supervisor Shaquille who was extremely kind and professional. He helped our biggest problem which was ants in our first room. Ewwww.

Thankfully after asking a second time, they were able to put us in another room thanks to Shaquille’s intervention. Also, the metal rack in the closet was not properly attached to the wall. It fell off the wall. I was told it would be repaired the next morning but it was not. There was also some type of water overflow issue in the parking lot near the handicap spaces. That wasn’t major but all in all it just seems like this spot is being neglected based on what was mentioned about a few other things. Please Marriott. Come through. Please bring this property up to the standard of your name. I have patronized you for years. I feel the staff is really trying but the issue seems deeper. I hope things get better.
