My family and I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times within the past 6 to 7 years. We have always had good experiences any time we stayed which is why we went to this hotel any time we would visit San Diego. |This is the first time we did not have a good experience. The floor in the room was dirty, like it hadn’t been swept The towel we put down for the shower was filthy from it being dirty. The floor was also coming unglued underneath, in places which made it seem unstable. Then one of the lower side panels on one of the beds actually fell on my husband’s foot. He went to the front desk to complain and the desk manager came to look at it and said someone would take a look at it the next day. No one came to take a look at it the 2 nights we were there. |The first morning we were there my husband and I went to get breakfast at 9:00 am, breakfast was available till 10:00 am. Not much was left or restocked. Coffee was running out, no creamer, no juice in the dispenser. There were only a few pieces of bread for toast but no butter, no yogurt or anything stalked in the refrigerator, and no danishes. My husband asked the manager at the front desk, which was right next to the breakfast area, and he said he would restock it in 5 min. After 15 min, another guest asked him and he kept giving them excuses. He told them that he’d restock in a few minutes. After another 10 minutes he brought a few things out banging things around as if it was a bother. We just left and got something else. We didn’t even try to get breakfast the next morning we were there. So disappointing.|Way overpriced and unfortunately this will be the last time we will stay here.

The motel is located in a very sleazy area. The room was filthy dirty the floors turned your feet black just walking across them. The tub plug didn’t work so it wouldn’t hold water and the TV remote was so scratchy. You couldn’t hear what they were saying or understand what it was. It’s very noisy because the acoustics are very cheap and you can hear the neighbors on above you if you’re on the bottom floor, you can hear him stomping all over the place till 1 o’clock in the morning. It was horrible and the owner is very rude.

After trying four times to get a receipt to stay there, today I was informed that their computer system cannot do that, they do not know why.

I have never had this issue at any hotel which is why I did not ask for an actual paper receipt. They said they would send it to me. Only after four attempts did they explain that their system does not allow this and “it is not something that can be fixed”. The hotel itself is okay.

The rooms are nice. Parking is not great many of the spots are narrow, which is a problem for larger cars.
Rooms echo so you always feel like you are talking really loud, maybe floor covering would help some.
There however is a smell like dirty mop water.
In room and lobby.
The room is nice, they should air them out when they know guests are arriving, the room was very stuffy, had to leave door open to air out when we arrived.

Otherwise the place is pleasant and comfortable and a good price.
Neighbor is quiet as well. Having a Dennys and Starbucks in the parking lot is always a plus.

The man at check in was rude and ignored us for ten minutes. When he finally talked he demanded us to sit and wait at check in time. The building was falling apart and unmaintained and the exit had large potholes. Homeless people resided in the stairwell and approached us as we walked to our car The area is dangerous and had a rough crowd around and staying there. Once you get through the rude employee and dangerous outside the room was clean and comfortable. I would choose another location but in this case, you get what you pay for. Other Days Inn locations are in better areas with nice staff for a similar price….go there.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. I believe i accidently left a small green address book behind, but housekeeping never saw it. That was the last place I saw it. We were anxious to get to the hospital for surgery that morning, I'm only missing that book and a nice pen. I've contacted the front desk, but nothing has shown up

Grateful that I picked this location on my first time road trip to California! 10/10 highly recommend! Great customer service, clean rooms, accessible location, and kid friendly! Until next time.

I had stayed at this hotel for work purposes for close to 3 weeks total. It was okay until I was over charged and when I contacted customer service regarding this I was treated very badly. I was nice and respectful about the situation only to be talked to like I was literally not important , they did not ever refund what they overcharged me for. All I can say is they lost a very good customer. I always left my room clean and I will never not only go there but never use a hotel through Wyndam. You guys should be ashamed
