I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering, the ambiance was beautiful, and the interior design was impressive. However, the moment we stepped into our room, we noticed a strong, unpleasant smell.
Since we checked in late, around 10 PM, we immediately called the front desk to report a foul odor coming from the bathroom. As we looked around, we realized that while the room appeared organized, it was covered in dust—the console table, TV stand, lamp, bedside table, and even the drinking glasses had clearly not been cleaned for a long time.
When we went to the front desk to complain, their response was completely unacceptable. The staff simply said, “You guys will check out tomorrow, right?” When I confirmed, they told me, “We are 93% fully booked, so we cannot give you another room.” I was shocked and furious, especially since we paid $445 for just one night and were given a dirty, poorly maintained room.
After pushing for a resolution, they said they would send someone to clean and change the bedsheets. However, when we returned an hour later, all they had done was spray air freshener—the dust was still there, and the bedsheets and pillowcases had not been changed. We knew for sure because we had marked them beforehand to check.
To make things worse, the night shift staff were rude and dismissive, showing zero concern for guests. If zero stars were an option, I would definitely give it. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The property is beautiful. Seems very kid friendly, which nothing wrong with that, but if you're looking for a quiet getaway, probably not the place. We had dinner at 20/20 and really enjoyed it. Items we had were very good. Upon checking in, I was less than impressed. It was late, so that might have had something to do with it, but after I received my keys, I had no idea where our bldg was. The property is big, and throw a dark environment on top of it, makes finding your room interesting. The valet guys pointed us in the direction we needed to go. Once in the room, we found it spacious, but the furniture seemed a little dated. No big deal. The one thing for me was our particular room, which was a king deluxe, had a tub/shower instead of a walk in shower. We had to cut our stay short for personal reasons, and the desk staff was understanding and waived any penalties. Overall, I would recommend this as a stay, especially if you were taking the kids. The workout room looked amazing, the restaurant was really good, and the grounds were beautiful. |CV

Celebrated Our 1yr Wedding Anniversary ! Staff was great! Jennifer at the front desk was great! We did a couples massage at the Spa. Kat was great as well. Ordered room service from 20 Twenty restaurant everything was scrumptious! We will definitely be back for the summer to jump in the pool!

BEST STAY EVER!! We were able to get upgraded to a suite and the concierge was superb! The front desk staff (Ravier) overheard me saying this week was my 1-year wedding anniversary and sent a bottle of wine to my room! I will DEFINITELY be back.

It's a nice and expensive hotel. The beds are pretty comfortable, the grounds are well-maintained (you might even find them beautiful if you like straight lines). The pillows and blankets are terrible (which I think is a Federal requirement for US hotels). It's a very expensive place to hang your hat. I would have been just as comfortable sleeping in my truck, but my wife and kid likes the amenities. You make the call...

This spa, if you could call it that, was very disappointing. It's extremely small. The pool & hot tub area is the same one guests staying at the Westin use. A truly great spa has its own pool & hot tub for guests of spa only. Their offerings are quite minimal. My husband and I had a couple's massage - the room was cold & the music was too loud. The massage was just average. We also had a polish done. For some reason, it couldn't be done in the same room together. Again rooms were cold & music too loud. My husband said his was good, but not memorable. Mine was awful - Skylar was awful. She was loud, only used one hand, and I could hear her throwing towels on the floor. Very unprofessional. We will definitely not be returning.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The resort grounds were very well kept and the pool was very nice. This was a business trip and sales meeting was held at the resort. I would definitely stay here for vacation or weekend getaway.

Staff is lovely and the property is nice. It’s next to Legoland if that’s what you want. Not super close to the beach. |The hot tub was not even warm and it is so frustrating not only to pay a resort fee - for what? And $40 for parking per day. Just charge what needs to be paid as part of the rate.
