We spent nearly a week here. The location was great—near the freeway and all the attractions in the area. The breakfast was good and varied, the room large and spacious (thank you for the upgrade). It was a little chilly for the pool for me but i did enjoy the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Arthur). All in all a good stay. We would definitely stay again.

One of the greatest hotels I've stayed in recently! The whole hotel looks, smells and feels brand new. The check in desk employees were excellent. When we walked up to our room, we were very impressed. It felt like we were the first people to stay in it! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I've looked into buying the pillows for my own home. The bathroom had great lighting and the shower was spacious. We had a huge fridge for leftovers and utensils and a microwave so we could enjoy our leftovers! The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean, we enjoyed them for over an hour. The outdoor fire pit and sitting area were such a cute touch! The breakfast was delicious, but there was limited space to sit and enjoy it (we stayed during a school vacation, so that's understandable). I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to my friends traveling to the area!

This place is great! Rooms are clean and spacious. Online, no-contact check with digital keys worked perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful (and doesn’t just stare at their screen like most hotels!). Uniformed security guard monitors entrances and patrols the lot is comforting and very much appreciated.

Zero complaints.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a giant room that had a separate living room and bedroom, and a large spacious bathroom. Outdoor area is pretty cool with fire pit and cornhole area but didn't get to enjoy because we stayed only 1 night. Room was clean, spacious and lots of counter space and endless storage space. A large tv in each room. Plenty of towels! Very soft bed sheets Great view out the large windows.|Large of charging ports and lightingWe stayed at other Hilton chains and another Home2Suites during our roadmap and this one as the best! Only thing is Netflix didn’t work well in bedroom space (log out and restart) and breakfast was pretty basic comparatively but had all what you expect for continental breakfast.

I saw how great the reviews were and said "that place? No way it's that good!" YES it is. The people working there are responsive, kind and motivated. The room size large and bed comfy. Not super quiet, but it's a hotel, what do you want? The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety to choose from. Will stay there again

Great hotel. The pool and gym are nice and useable, the room at first did have a strong carpet powder odor, I had to crack open the window but eventually it did go away or I got used to it. The breakfast is great and the lobby is very nice for working as well. All in all great stay, I would just advise the staff that the carpet powder they use has an overwhelming scent. ||||Out of the 3 hotels I've stayed at in Carlsbad this is the best overall, Omni la Costa is #2, and Days Inn Carlsbad was the worst hotel experience I've had period.

Good location near the Carlsbad airport and Legoland. Room was clean and staff was great. I saw a few EV charging stations. Typical Home2suites rooms with kitchenette. Didn't disappoint

I've sent a few of my employees to this location but this is my first stay. The booking is always easy and prices are great. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean and tidy. You can't ask for much more!
