Boat crew was helpful and accommodating. This is a well run, relaxed, and safe operation. We all had a great time on a two tank dive organized by Beach Cities Scuba, and as a bonus we even had a gray whale sighting on the way back to the wharf. Looking forward to my next excursion.

My daughter and I had a great morning diving with Riviera. Diving the kelp forest was fantastic. They helped sort out a problem with one of our regulators, which saved our dives. Much appreciated!

I booked Rivera Yacht Charters for my PADI scuba certification dives (Beach City Scuba of Laguna Beach). The captain and crew were first class in getting us all checked in and oriented. They did numerous safety and equipment checks and when an issue was discovered with a malfunctioning buddy breather they quickly swapped it out on my rented gear. I was able to do my first two open water dives and won’t hesitate chartering them for other future dives.

Currently, they are still using summer schedule so that is 615 am check in and boat departing at 7 am. We got back just after 11 am.

I saw a horn shark for the first time on my first dive. We had quite a bit a surge but the captain maneuvered us to a calmer portion for the second dive.

Shout out to my dive instructor Ron for helping me get through the second dive.
