I came from nightmare service evil person yesterday at a different hotel it was so bad we checked out early......then we show up here at the Best Western to the most amazing person named Richard greeting us❤️
Richard is a keeper. And I'm so pleased with everything. Thank you for caring about your customers 💜😁
This man deserves a raise.
This staff and breakfast was amazing also. Highly recommend this stay.

We stayed 2-23-25. Online the rooms look nice upon driving up the hotel look nice but going into a room. You could tell the carpets needed cleaning when we got to our room. We didn’t dare takeoff our shoes until we put on our hotel shoes. We never walk barefoot at any hotel the pillows were like 12 x 12 there were four of them. The sofa look dirty. I never sat on it or set my things on it. The bathroom ceiling needed a good wiping down. The breakfast was decent. My husband brought breakfast up to the room.
1101 the front desk called and asked if we needed a late check out or if we were spending another night really We have stayed in five star hotels and resorts never have we ever been called on for that. There is usually a grace period my husband said we’d be leaving in 10 minutes when we left our room I looked down the corridor, and the maid was at the very end of it and not even in the same hallway of the room that we stayed in. All we got to the front desk my husband asked for a receipt. The girl behind the glass was so unfriendly. She never gave my husband eye contact. She never said oh sure let me get that for you. How was your day? Thanks for staying with us. she printed out the receipt and handed it to my husband and again ever made eye contact. She looks like she was mad annoyed. I would never stay there again. I wanted to stay at the Springhill by Marriott for $30 more. I think it would’ve been a better stay.

Dirty room smelled like dirty underwear, and lukewarm water in shower.|The two most important features of a hotel room, cleanliness, and a cleanliness, and a hot shower, and this hotel cannot get it right.||I had booked two nights at this hotel, but ended up canceling the second night. |My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have found that the quality has declined tremendously.|The room I was given on this visit smelled like dirty underwear. The odor made me sick to my stomach. The shower was warm’ish never hot.|Having checked in after 11 PM, after traveling all day, I didn’t feel like fighting with the front desk that night. When I checked out in the morning, I mentioned my complaints to someone behind the front desk, and all she said was that I should have contacted them the previous night and they would’ve given me another room. Now here is a tip for management: when your guests check in late after traveling all day, they’re tired and just want a bed and a hot shower. They don’t want to have to schlep their luggage around from pillar to post trying to find a room that doesn’t stink. There was a gentleman sitting behind a computer monitor in the small office area, listening to my complaint and watching this whole interaction. I don’t know if he was the manager on duty, but I am guessing he was. Now if I was managing that hotel, I would have gotten up from behind the desk and taken the opportunity to make things right. But instead, he sat there and listened to my complaints and didn’t do a thing. And I would bet dollars to donuts that room number 320 still reeks of dirty underwear and the water is still lukewarm.|Terrible lodging deserves zero stars.

The location was great for us, 9 to 14 mins to residences we were visiting, mere minutes to grocery and coffee shops, easy on and off freeway. Front desk staff pleasant and fairly efficient. |We had a King mini suite which was a great size. Has not been updated to vinyl woodlook flooring, furniture looking very tired. Bed comfortable, smaller than standard size pillows. Good reading lights. Bathroom has good size counter and good lighting with decent shower flow. |Odd to us and took us a few days to figure out towel and garbage procedure. It seems you are to put dirty towels in a bag and outside your door. This turned out to not mean they would be replaced. However, if you went to desk, they should give you new. Seemed odd they did not enter room too. Tidy and exchange used on the floor towels. Because? You ask, there is a sign by the bed saying to put so|IGN on bed if you want linen changed. How would staff know this if they don’t enter your room. If you ask the day before, they do put you on a schedule to have your room spiffed up.|Breakfast was usual BW fare. They scrambled eggs were so wet, we could not eat them. We went elsewhere for.breakfast.|The internet in our room was slow mo. One evening we could not get internet despite using all our resources, which are limited. We called front desk and he was puzzled as his phone had internet. We eventually decided that there must be a limit to how many de ices you can have on internet. Once we took our phones odd, computer came on.|Thermostat worked fine, refrigerator was cold, room was pretty clean.|Would we stay again? Maybe. I would do some research and. If because of the location, could end up here in the future

Stayed here as it was close to extended family. Traffic is terrible along this stretch of freeway near this hotel. Staffing is sparse, and there is no room service, but there is a scan code on the room door asking for tips. The room was clean. Bathroom windows fog up excessively during shower as a result of light common exhaust ventilation. This same vent system is a conduit for room noise from the other 3 floors in common. Our room was near the stairwell and we heard foot traffic. The same was true for road noise. Noise attenuation was not important when building this hotel. Water line noise was also heard. Carpets are dirty at key walk-off areas near elevators and halls. The continental breakfast was OK. Power next to the bed is used for bed lighting and clock, which was poor planning for charging and medical sleep aid devices. The rear parking lot needs repaving.

We are having a wonderful time here. The room is great, very clean and comfortable. I rate this hotel very high. Would definitely come back. A+++ all the way.

Dated rooms and lacked cleaning. Upon entering, there was white powdered substance on the tall mirror.
Pet Fee was posted upon entry and it's listed WAY more than the company website. $40/pet PER NIGHT.
I ended paying $240 just for my pets alone and they made less mess and noise than most the adults. I regret not being able to just leave this place as I arrived and there were no other options since I'm not from around here.
Front of staff is a hit or miss and there's this one lady who doesn't seem to care to be there.

Everything else... Just find a different place to stay. AirBnB would've been better in this case for us.

Basically felt unwelcome checked out early Bobby at the front desk would not extend my stay even looked at me like he wanted to hurt me told me I gave his staff problems I called because the hot water was off 20 min for hot water ? Everyone knows how a hot water heater works. Lights barely turn on hole in the showers where water goes in which means the tub is gonna collapse toilet barely flushed low water pressure any ways after breakfast I tried to extend my stay from Jan 15 2025 - Jan 31 2025 Bobby at the front desk Escondido ca location 92026 said it was up to him not anyone else I felt strong ego and intimidation from Bobby my stay was jan 14 2025 to Jan 15 2025 two nights they charged me a 300 dollar deposit plus 300 for the room which I liked and was fine with until I sighed up for rewards which Bobby didn’t like and saved money and it put the deposit back in my bank so if you are a member you don’t have to leave a deposit that’s the only good thing. Now I gotta find another motel in Escondido ca until the end of the month . Which is a hassle when you find a place you like .
