This place was AMAZING to stay at. Neil is a very nice guy and easy to business with. I would prefer the yellow cottage because it’s very cozy and feels like you own that home almost right on the beach. Me and my family would come here every year and walk down to the orange inn place for breakfast and then hit the beach. This place is paradise. I will continue to come here for the rest of my life 🤗

Great cottage! Perfect location! Only steps to the beach, ralphs, and many restaurants! The cottage has all the things you need. Property manager was just a text away when I had questions.

Quiet place off the beaten path with great outdoor space. We stayed in the green cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large fully equipt kitchen. Living room has a pull out sofa bed. Close to everything.

A fun Laguna Beach cottage & very close to everything (e.g. beach, restaurants & supermarket). We also had access to a BBQ & outdoor space.

DON'T GO THROUGH THEM-I booked my stay for two weeks with my family, and we were told within few days of moving in that we had to vacate because "the owner decided to be there that week." We were told the day before! We had to be displaced last minute with a baby. Neil told me that this is a very common and usual practice with his company-to displace people as they feel like it without regards to anything!

ps: I found one of Neil's cottages on airbnb and he asked me to meet with him; when I did, he asked for cash upfront-all of it. Once I paid, he disappeared-wouldn't answer any of my calls regarding huge leak in the bathroom, cable, etc. He only got a hold of me to ask me to vacate. He was rude, unprofessional, and unethical. I have reported him to airbnb.

These cottages are great. It was perfect for my family. It's right next to down town and the beach. I didn't have to drive the entire trip. I will be staying here again.
