A Wonderful Stay with One Cautionary Note

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The location was stunning, and the atmosphere was perfect for families with young children. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was both relaxing and enjoyable.

However, I must highlight one safety concern. During breakfast, the oatmeal was served at an extremely high temperature. While attempting to scoop some, I accidentally burned my finger. Fortunately, I only required basic first aid—a burn ointment and a bandage—but the pain lingered for two weeks. Had a small child suffered the same injury, the consequences could have been far worse.

Despite this incident, our overall stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for families but urge the management to take extra precautions with food temperatures to ensure a completely safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

From start to finish this hotel was awesome. Everything you need for kids is at your disposal even down to a kids toilet seat. The rooms are great and the beds were comfortable. I was dreading a little going to a hotel with so many kids but once in the room it was very quiet. Breakfast was good but it is advisable to book a table. The location at the entrance to the park was seamless. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The hotel was a fun time for the kids. They loved staying here. You can't beat the location if you are going to enjoy going to Legoland the next morning! There was a fun playground that they spent hours at with all the other hotel kids. As for us, check-in was at 4, and our room wasn't ready, and it was a Sunday evening. Staff stated that housekeeping was working on it and it would be ready in around 15-20 minutes, which was fine. Waited, and 15 minutes later, it was ready. When we got to the room, it was obvious that the floors weren't vacuumed and the table tops were not wiped down because we could see several food crumbs left behind. We finally settled and started to watch TV. The televisions would both glitch about every 5-10 minutes and would turn black and turn back on [whole incident would last about 15-20 seconds]. This was very frustrating since we were trying to watch the Super Bowl. Otherwise, it was an overall good stay. Breakfast in the morning was also a hit with the kids in the hotel restaurant.

Our entire family was impressed with the hotel! If you’re looking for a well-rounded, immersive experience, I’d definitely recommend it.

My 7-year-old, a huge LEGO enthusiast, absolutely loved spending time in the LEGO area—it was his favorite activity. He had been looking forward to this trip for two years, and it didn’t disappoint. My 5-year-old daughter was enchanted by the princesses, unicorns, and all the fun activities the hotel offers, but unfortunately, she fell sick on the first day. For the rest of our stay, she was mostly resting or sleeping, so we couldn’t fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer.

The breakfast was a nice inclusion, though I personally found the quality lacking. That said, there’s still something for everyone to eat. The pool was warm, but we didn’t get a chance to try it between caring for a sick child and my son being glued to the LEGO area!

Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient using the kiosks. Parking is $35 per night, which feels expensive but is convenient. Although we missed out on many activities, it was still a memorable trip—sometimes things just don’t go as planned!

We loved our stay at the Legoland Castle! It was perfect for our kids and the attention to detail amazed me. The kids loved having their own separate area with bunkbeds, TV, and lights the glow on the ceiling. The master King bed was also very comfortable.

In the bathroom the toilet seats even have a special extra seat for toddlers so it’s easy for them. If you fill out the treasure challenge you get a free Lego set for each or the kids every day in your vault. We also loved going to the pool/hot tub, and they also have so many activities and characters for the kids to meet. Just exceptional! Loved it!

My son had been begging to stay here for years and I could finally afford to stay there. He was so surprised when we got to the lobby. He was ecstatic. The hotel lived up to the hype and he had a magical time. He enjoyed the hotel more than Disneyland. He liked the room, activities, pool, and restaurant a lot. We went to the complimentary breakfast buffet and it was great.

Great hotel, staff and location. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Constant videos playing at the outdoor theater, a great play area and a decently warm pool with building blocks. We have been three times now and have never heard a peep from the hallway or other rooms. The kids area in each room is great and makes our son feel like a king.

Rooms are great, everything is done for kids and there is even a treasure chest for kids to open after successful treasure hunt. Room decorations are great! Hotel hallways feel like a maze, it’s easy to get lost inside. The elevators are really funny to ride in as they speak 🙂 the only negative comment is that it’s also loud because of the kids.
