My family loves Mexican food. We are not fans of the food here. It doesn't seem to have much flavor most of the time. The experience is not convenient or pleasant either. Sharing wait times with store/gas customers is a mess. They can do better.

Maps said they were open, but when we got there, they were not. They had some "Grab n Go" burritos that were thrown together with the leftovers from the day (nothing wrong with that...I love leftovers!). It seems, tho, that you get charged for all the "stuff" that comes in the "made to order" burritos, but they don't put the "stuff" into the "Grab N Go" burritos...I was not impressed. $20 for two burritos...no salsa, chips, sour cream, guacamole, nope. They were mostly filled with rice - and not even very good rice! It wasn't evenly cooked and the beans smelled like they weren't done, and their texture said the same thing: Not Fully Cooked.

Beans aren't crunchy, people. Rice, when properly prepared, is not crunchy, either. Common knowledge, right? And that brings me to the guy at the cash register, who was pretty rude, too; he acted like their burritos, the menu, and their odd hours (5 am-1pm or something like that), were all common knowledge. Umm. Sorry. Its not. Totally not impressed. The Aztec Grill in Willits has them beat by a Longshot.

I won't darken their doorstep again. 👎🏻

Wow, I would not have expected the quality of food from a gas station Mexican setup. Service was quick, food was hot and super tasty, salsas were spicy. I highly recommend this place. 4 friends and I agree: Thumbs up!

It was just kind of ant like it was okay it was decent and for the price of the burrito I thought I was going to get more. Like I know I shouldn't expect much out of the gas station restaurant. But when your paint to $11 for a burrito why would I not just go to a regular Mexican restaurant. I just expected for the price for it to be better and it wasn't it was a typical fast-food let down. With a high price price

Unfortunately had a bad experience here and when we reached out to corporate nobody has responded so I feel I must share our experience publicly.

We ordered breakfast burritos and received the wrong burrito. I tried to call back and could not get through, I ended up calling, and this is sadly not an exaggeration, eleven times before they picked up the phone. The person taking orders was Julius and he was not apologetic when they messed up my burrito the first time, he was even less so when we had to go back for the THIRD time because they had messed it up again. When I called (for the 12th time!) he actually chuckled and seemed to find it funny that the order had been messed up again. He blamed kitchen staff, however when I was there it appeared he continuously gave them the wrong order. They were the only ones who seemed to know what they were doing.

We tried to reach out to the Aztec Grill customer service email and have not received any type of response back. Unfortunately solely due to how Julius acted I can not recommend Aztec Grill to anyone, and we used to be frequent visitors.

Their premade burritos are great if you're looking for a quick lunch, we get them all the time here and in Ukiah. You can also order from the grill if they don't have any premade options you like.
