I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your hotel. I traveled from Los Angeles with my family and checked in at 12:10 PM. Upon entering my assigned room, I conducted a routine inspection to ensure everything was in order. To my shock I discovered bed bugs on the mattress. I immediately contacted the front desk and they reassigned me to a different room.
However, upon inspecting the second room I encountered the same issue another bed bug. This is completely unacceptable, as it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. I expect immediate action to address this matter and a resolution that reflects the inconvenience and distress this has caused.

Loved the location and the rooms were good. But the couch wasn’t looking exactly decent to sit on, so I passed. Be prepared for unusual food odors when walking down the hallway to your room. Various dishes were being prepared and some had a bit too much of a pungent odor. The little market inside is not a part of Marriott and it’s way over priced in my opinion. Not to mention you won’t get any points for purchasing anything from that spot unless you get points on the credit card you use. Best to bring in your snacks especially if you want a small container of Häagen-Dazs for $12 that is the equivalent of one small scoop.

Was very happy with everything about this property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was above average. And the rate was better than other properties with less amenities in the area. Thank you to all.

Positive: This was a big room. With a washing machine. The hallway was dingy with buckling carpeting. The gave me a room a long trek away from the elevator but i didnt mind the exercise. Negative: When I was outside packing up early I noticed a hispanic man walk in for breakfast it didnt seem as if he was a patron but he was polite and I noticed him letting everyone else eat before him.

Good value, close to freeway, close to restaurants, not too far from SD Safari Park. Staff was nice, daily breakfast was good. Breakfast area is also spacious. I got to stay at their 2 BR suite and it was great! We wished we stayed another night.

Was booked for 2 nights, only stayed one. Lobby and rooms smelled bad. Carpets were filthy in hallways and room. Handicap room had electric blinds that wouldn't open. No remote for bedroom TV ( was a 2 room suite). Food at breakfast buffet was sub par. This location not up to standard with other Marriott properties I've stayed at in the past. No USB outlets in the room at all.

This hotel let two criminals check into it and stay the night using my Marriott account that they hacked, spending thousands of my Marriott points and charging my credit card on file. The hotel didn’t ask the people using my account to display any sort of identification to confirm that they were who they said they were when they checked in. Then, when I discovered that my account had been hacked, the hotel went to the peoples’ room and let them escape without having law enforcement involved.

I’m shocked at how easy Marriott has made it for criminals to check into their hotels without verifying identities. It’s not safe for anyone involved and the hotel should do better.
