Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. There were visible stains on the walls, ceiling, and furniture, and the bathroom walls were broken. While the bed was clean, the overall state of the room made it feel unhygienic and poorly maintained.

When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did offer me a different room. Unfortunately, the other rooms were just as stained as the first one. It’s clear that this is a widespread issue across the property.

The lack of basic cleanliness and upkeep is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious maintenance and hygiene issues.

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Staff are amazing. I took a star off because the dispensers are empty. The body wash dispenser was located by the sink. It should be in the shower. There is no lotion dispenser. Called front desk at 6 am and he gave us some bar soaps and a bottle of shampoo. After rinsing my hair, I was only able to get a few pumps of conditioner and then it was empty. Was told that housekeeping doesn’t come in at 9 am. Someone spilled rice all over the carpet by the elevator and it was hard to go around it with our luggage.|I wish housekeeping would check the dispensers and fill them up if necessary||Breakfast was good. I love the sausages and blueberry flavored waffles

Not a bad stay but...the bathroom ceiling was moldy with rust forming on anything metal including the fire sprinklers. There was old standing dust on every outlet cover and clinging to the walls in the room. For those still reading the hottub is also out of order and the pool is not heated. This hotel is also extremely overpriced for a hotel that has not been refreshed in a very long time.

I stay in Hamptons Inns a lot when I travel. The room was smaller than most. But adequate for a single person on an overnight stay.

The room needs updating . The bathrooms are in need of updating chipped large use of caulking made the place look old. The service was good and the employees were friendly.

Breakfast had a lot of options and a nice eating area. The pool is really nice here. Employees were helpful and nice all 3 days, except the night we checked in, there was no one up front and it took several minutes for someone to come check us in and she maybe said one word to us which wasn't a great first impression. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping did come during our stay. Super noisy AC. The "remodels" done in our room were done very very poorly, things already falling apart in the bathroom and the faucet leaked all over the countertop whenever we used the sink. Overall, I'd stay here again but it is below average for a Hampton IMO.

Positive: clean and staff were most helpful and courteous Negative: the bathroom door opening, very difficult/awkward in the floor plan. Ended up propping door open with waste basket; then closet was blocked!
