The villas are super nice if you need to stay for a long time although I think they need to add some serving dishes and other dishes and cutlery as well especially if the dishwasher doesn't work or if you have people over.

The one bedroom villa is larger than most peoples one bedroom. Not sure if the couch pull down because there is only dishes for two people Fireplace Jacuzzi shower large enough for five people maybe six to fit in pretty cool. Large balcony very nice views. Missing resort information and instructions and how to use the TV—no not to mention fire extinguisher which have been mentioned should be there. Hello safety code violation.

I did a timeshare presentation but did not purchase. Didn't make sense for me they tried to convince me a did. They make it sound wonderful of course and even in the end of the manager wanted to throw me a bunch of carrots, but you're paying property tax on this place plus tons of fees and they both get raised every year or in the case of the fees possibly more, only worth it for a few.

Hotels is perfect for small kids. Lots of pools and the ability to run on the grass outside of room is a nice added perk. Downside is dining options are limited and rooms are outdated. Staff is friendly and workout area is great. The locker rooms have access to co-ed hot tube which we missed the first year we went.

Staff is friendly and great. Villa was accommodating of our little family for the time we were there. We had an accessible room with roll in shower. Worked best for the little ones. We liked that there were multiple pools & activities. Cabana rentals were super cost friendly & for whole day, compared to other places we have stayed. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Very nice. I don’t know why all the recent bad reviews. However I was a multi-day visitor.

The room was nice and fresh and clean, up in the Laura building. It was a 2bed, 2bath, which was very convenient and comfortable. Bathrooms were freshly updated and the kitchen was spacious. Seats were all comfortable and the couch seemed newish. There was one burned out light in the room and a big water stain on the coffee table. All the staff that I interacted with were reasonably friendly. Pools all seemed in good shape and there was plenty to do!

I've delivered here for a job I used to work and have been here for the farmers market. It sends like a little town. They do have a couple restaurants and golf course. The staff I interacted with when I delivered seen pretty friendly. And it's partially secluded from any other nearby cities. The 15 freeway is right there.

It could be a great resort, with wonderful amenities, but.... The walls are super thin. We heard all the noise from the above rooms. The children running, furniture being moved, the banging of items, etc. We have spent a few days/ nights, dealing with this. When I called to ask the staff to please speak to the upper level guest, about the running and jumping, I was told that they would send a guard but he has to be able to hear it . How is he going to hear it outside the building Needless to say, we are still dealing with it, and have videos. If you are fine with the noise, the it is a nice place. But if you come to rest and sleep, think twice.

Unfortunately this place is run down and dirty. The room was not cleaned very well. There were blood stains all over the curtains which was highly disturbing. There was also trash all over the property because of the critters, which no one cleaned up for the 3 days we were there. We wanted to play golf but no one ever answered the phone at the pro shop, and we were unable to book it online so that didn’t even happen. We made the most of it because we have fun wherever we go, But we were definitely disappointed.
The mountains were beautiful and the pools were nice. Make sure you bring food to your room as the food options are very limited.

Having a great stay here. Second time here. They have some of the best amenities of any resort we have ever visited. We came back because we loved it the first time. This time one of the water slides was closed. When the staff found out that my kids were disappointed, they went out of their way to make it a wonderful memorable experience for my kids despite the slide being closed. Their customer service is top tier! Rooms/suites are spacious and clean. We hope to be back.
