They were hired to cater an event at 4:30. We left at 6:30 without eating because they didn’t show up 2 hours after the event scheduled dinner. We had to go out to eat. From someone who stayed until they showed up they said the food wasn’t worth the wait

Also at this location is a little donut shop called hula bakery. There have absolutely delicious donuts. It’s a small little hole in the wall but awesome donuts.

Do not recommed this company. Period. Book and spend your money elsewhere, ANYWHERE ELSE. This company RUINED a perfectly great wedding day. Very unacceptable, unprofessional, unapologetic, LATE!

Would not recommend this company to anybody ever. I used them for my wedding. When I met with Mary everything seemed great, but as the wedding day got closer I had to call 3 times to get a final quote for my food. On the day of the wedding Mary called me to ask what were my colors so they could bring the appropriate color tablecloths. I also confirmed that day that there would be a water dispenser at their buffet table. She reassured me that water is free and is always served with their food. We confirmed tablecloth colors and everything seemed good to go. They showed up to my wedding with NO tables, NO tablecloths, and NO water. They expected us to provide tables and tablecloths an hour before my ceremony. When I confronted her about this, she acted like I was completely wrong. It was a nightmare. Find a different caterer.

They disappointed a lot of seniors today when they did not show up with Thanksgiving dinner as promised. I hope they refund the deposit.

Penguin's Catering is AWESOME! They didn't just meet my expectations - they exceeded them. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the service was excellent. Penguin's is reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I would refer them to anyone needing their event catered.

The owner Mary was most gracious in helping us pick out a luncheon menu for a celebration of life for after my friend's husbands funeral. She brought out some samples for us to try and they were delicious! Highly recommend Penguin's Catering!

The donuts will make you go nuts
