This is not a big place but it is big on flavor. The staff is very few and the food is unique with a Cajun flair. Sunday lunches are traditional southern food and very good. I have liked everything I have had here.

The Dixie chicken and the fried shrimp basket was amazing. Will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Straight up good Cajun food here. I had gumbo that was excellent, and étouffée with a generous helping of crawfish. Can't fault either, good rich depth of flavor and not overwhelming spice. My companion had a burger with onion strings, both of which were really tasty. Couldn't pass on dessert. The beignets were not as good and fluffy as say Cafe du Monde, but good enough. Fried bread pudding was outstanding with hints of cinnamon and soft chewy center.

Also, great friendly service, and very clean. Decor was maybe best described as reclaimed farmhouse chic, which is a bit odd for Cajun, but still tasteful. Not busy at all on a Thursday, so I hope they stay in business because I'll be back.

Fantastic food. Everything I've had here slaps. I hope they stay in business because they have zero signage so the only way you know about it is word of mouth. And they are basically only open at lunch. Dinner on Friday and Saturday only and it's a skeleton menu compared to lunch menu. Try this place it's easily one of the best restaurants in Gadsden !

The parking lot was packed so I was afraid we wouldn't be able to eat in a timely manner. We walked right in and got a seat and everything was absolutely delicious! Atmosphere was intimate and relaxing! I had the pastalaya and it had great flavor and texture. My husband got the Dixie Chicken and it looked and tasted amazing as well! We love this place!
