Great little Casino. I like that they have some electronic versions of the old school slots. I don't like all these new slots that have so many lines I can't figure out winning and losing. They have a good variety of restaurants, but the only problem is that some are closed a couple days a week. For example the steakhouse is closed Tue & Wed (when we were there) and We had really wanted to eat there. Oh another good thing is that the pool and hot tub are open year around!

They give you complimentary vouchers to entice you to call and book. Once you do, their strategy is to tell you they are fully booked but you’re welcome to get the regular rate rooms and pay. Do not support this SCAM of a hotel. If there are rooms available, then honor your invitation.

I’ve never stayed over night here but I’ve been to the casino many times over the past 4+ years and my review is only for the slots, food, and service. The slots have become VERY tight in the last year. Normally I would get 7 or so hand pays a year and last year I didn’t get a single one. I was playing the same way I always do so if I’M not doing anything different, that only leaves one guess as to who is. Ive eaten just about everywhere there except the steakhouse and the food is pretty good depending on what you get. The service is inconsistent. Most of the people there are cool but every once in a while you’ll get someone with an attitude. Two stars for the slots being so tight.

This is only for the lack of customer service from the hotel receptionist. I was calling in for hotel availability mind you I know the chances are slim for Valentines day but I had some birthday plan changes. She proceeds to ask for my priority number and I say I do not have one, before I can finish what I was going to say she blurts out "we're fully booked" cutting me off from my following question. I feel like she could have informed me in a polite manner that unless your a priority member they have nothing available for this date, which would have landed much better.

I like this Casino. I love the Asian fusion restaurant. It's worth the trip just to eat there. The casino is spacious and clean. I like the set up with the stage and bar. It's easy to access and get drinks and music plays in the back while you play. I've never won big here so I don't know if the payouts are worth it.

The rooms were expensive but easy to find. Very clean and nice. The location of the casino is far and isolated. That's my biggest draw back. It's more than 2 hrs away from San Jose. Overall I have a good time here.

We had dinner at C2 Steakhouse, and it was far better than expected. Elias was amazing, knowledgeable and very professional. The Australian Wagyu steak, was probably the best cut of meat I have ever had.

We were disappointed in the Casino bar service, and the poker machines in the bar. $200 and I never hit anything better than a three-of-a-kind. $8 drinks on top of that makes me not want to ever gamble here again.

Went to the casino only. Staff on floor was very nice. Bar staff wasn't as nice. If you want an alcoholic drink you have to go to the bar. Lines are long (Saturday night 11pm-2am).

Bathrooms were clean. Casino was also clean and not as smoky as other casinos. They have a large parking garage with an elevator that takes you directly to the casino. If traveling from the Bay Area this casino is WAY better than Graton.

Went for a show with a bestie and truly enjoyed ourselves. Loved the lounge by our room. It was a quick trip, and our room was amazing with an outside balacony lounge area.

The location is a little out there, the weather was cold but I bet this place is nice during the summer. I'm not a huge casino person, but we had fun at a few tables and machines.

I think the only complaint was on the food. Tried the buffet, and it was OK. Nothing really looked appeasing.
