Overall, the hotel was in line with most Marriott properties, but the young lady at the front desk was fantastic. Jai greeted me with a huge smile and pleasantly interacted with me even as I was voicing frustration about a few things. In the hospitality industry today, the concept of service and a smile has been lost, except in the case of Jai. When travelers are tired and frustrated, a positive attitude and support by the hotel staff can make a huge difference in guest satisfaction. Jai represented the hotel well and my interaction with her was the most satisfying part of my stay. ||||The next morning when I checked out, I asked to see the manager to share my comments about Jai and he was very polite and gave me a card to inform me of the best way to ensure she was recognized. The card had a typo, but the gesture was appreciated as it is always nice to see managers that want to see their staff recognized.

Please take the time to read this. And do not book at this location. I have a booked a two queen size bed for March in early January and highly dissatisfied. After a long ride from out of town with 3 teenagers they gave me the incorrect room with a “king size” bed. I let Anthony know that this was a mistake and he said that they have overbooked 12 rooms and had to cancelled my original room and gave me a king size and let him know that I had three teenagers with me and in his response he said that there was a pull out couch and there wasn’t anything to do. I told him I had no idea and that there was a change and I paid for two queen beds and that I even and I confirmed with Jacob a week before and that it would have been nice of them to give me a call if any changes have happened. Instead it was news to me after a long day travelling. Anthony said that there wasn’t anything he can do but after clicking the mouse and typing whatever on the computer. He then said that he had to wait until 3p because there was someone coming in that can Help and possibly a solution of getting 2 rooms for the price of one even though it was good to be true I thought to give him the benefit of the doubt he said go ahead freshen up and that he will call the room they booked me in at 3p. 3:10p comes I got no call so I went back to front desk. I see Anthony in hurry to leave his shift. I talked to Ryan explained to him what happened and he just gave me a card to email the manager Bayron which he said he will reply to me as he the one that can make things happened. And I told Ryan I have things to do and if I can get some blankets and my room comp because this was a mistake on their end and if they would have communicated to their guest about overbooking. I would have went somewhere else. But again he said he couldn’t give me a room that they don’t have available which I understand but I would like to get compensated. I emailed Bayron their assistant manager who I have not got an email back.
I am very disappointed that my mini vacation was not comfortable and upsetting that there was no communication and had to sleep on a pull out couch that was uneven, dirty and lumpy, the blankets were itchy, the tub clogged. Please do not book here. It’s not worth the price.

We stayed here on 2/3-2/4 because of a flight cancelled. The service at front desk was amazing but rooms are outdated needs a remodel. The housekeeper made the towels look fancy which was cool! But it was worth to stay a quick night but wouldn’t stay here for a long vacation.

Our company has been staying here for years! Best part is the Bistro and having Cory and Ivan helping us!! They are amazing employees who have been there for 19 and 12 years respectively. Highly recommend staying here! Last week we never left the hotel cuz the food and service is so awesome!!

Very pleasant experience the front desk, Debie was very polite, professional, courteous, understanding, and helpful. It was a easy check in and process. Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. Definitely will stay again. Thanks again Marriott staff.

Service during check in was excellent, courteous and professional. On site bar and restaurant near the lobby was convenient as they streamed the boxing match. Property is laid out in a sprawling design with 3 floors including an elevator. The reason for 4 stars is because the rooms are badly dated including the restroom. It felt like 2004. The TV was small but allowed for streaming through the hotel interface screen. Location next to the outlets, mall, and Costco. Rooms are large in size overall. Shower heads were awful.

Plumbing was bad for two of our rooms for the three of us staying here. There is no free breakfast, snacks, or beer. They charged us for parking. They cost just as much as the other guys.

Everything else was fine, but you can probably find a better place to stay.

The rooms are very comfy with beds and television choices to watch. You have to ask for a microwave though if you want one. Mine never got delivered. They do have a food & bar downstairs but the food is outrageously expensive. They have pool & jacuzzi but full mostly. If you don't mind crowds it's ok. My son felt too far to walk to places which it was. They have river access but it sucks...nothing to look at. Plus also charge extra for parking by the day
