Food: Very bland, no flavor. There was no essence of seasonings or any type of Mexican flavor flavors that you expect when you’re eating a dish.

Service: Our waitress was sweet and we were promptly seated and received our order quickly

Atmosphere: It was fine, Clean. They Could do a little bit of Redecorating but overall, it was fine. A little gloomy and dark though.

It has been about 2 years since we have eaten here and sadly today was my last visit. Our waitress (young girl with long finger nails) was rude from start to finish. Attitude!!!! My senior parents were with us and she cut off my mom as she was ordering. Greet customers with a smile and don't treat customers like we're a bother. If your so miserable, quit!!

It took me a long time to finally write this review but when I think of this restaurant all I can do is think about what happened the last time I was there. I would give it a zero if I could. Not because of the food but because of the horrible staff working there. We will never go again. We were there on a very, very hot day. We were having lunch on a weekday. The restaurant wasn't busy. I man walked in and quietly walked over to the hostess who left him standing there to get the manager. The manager came out with her and took "care" of the customer while the "hostess" stood there with the ugliest look on her face. He had to show them his money before he could even order. Now you could clearly see that the man who walked in had fallen on hard times. But he didn't ask for anything! He came in to order a meal and paid the full price. They had no problem taking the man's money with sour/disgusted faces. Then told him he had to wait outside until his food was ready. There is a cantina to the right of the entry area that had no one in it. They could have easily told him he could sit in there or invited him, a paying customer, to sit in the restaurant. They gave him no water and no chip, he didn't ask for them, but they also didn't offer. They made him wait outside in the heat and would not let him back in. There was no compassion and no kindness yet they took his money and treated him like dirt. I don't ever see the need to treat anyone that way even if they ask for a handout. There is a way to treat people with dignity and tell them "no," but that wasn't the case. Yes, I should have said something; I feel bad I didn't. I will know better next time... Not ever again at Ricardo's...and hopefully there isn't a next time but I have learned something. Compassion, or lack there of, tells a lot about who people really are.

Nice place and great food. Prices are reasonable. The waiter was a bit unfriendly. It was later in the day so maybe he was tired. I'd still go again.

Always delicious! Mina has been our server for years, we will wait til she has a table to be seated. Everything comes out perfect when she is your server. The food is delicious! Cheese Enchiladas with green sauce are a favorite for our family.
Thank You Mina

Good as the get. Yummy good and good service.
The food is very delicious, priced just right for the amount of food you get.
The different kinds of plates they have run from traditional to some with their own twist.
Definitely recommend for some yummy, close to homemade flavor, Mexican food.
Only complain we ever have, which is an ongoing family joke is, rice and beans should be married, meaning served side by side, not separated like a divorced mom and dad with the kids in the middle. As trading Mexicans we like to mix our beans and rice together when we eat them lol.
But over all great flavors and the servers are sweet and polite.

This place has a nice and cheap bar menu that says meals for each day but you can exchange them on different days the burrito is made from shredded beef and is good. All bar dishes have rice and beans with it.
