The grounds were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very considerate professional and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. The breakfast was wonderful, much more than you would expect, fresh and delicious. Very large selection to pick from. The rooms were very satisfactory and clean. Equipped with shampoo conditioner soaps iron ironing board hair dryer and a very good air conditioner. Plentiful channels of television and even a swimming pool, small but nice to take a dunk. There's fast food right next door not to mention mini marts. I would highly recommend it for the value, it's right off the freeway but you don't hear any cars.

Positive: Nice free breakfast spread with hot food, waffles, etc. Room surprisingly quiet, given the location. Negative: Light in the bathroom had a broken switch: on a timer that had a dysfunctional knob. It could be forced to an On or Off position, but it took some work.No elevator. Room was a bit scruffy, but good for one night. I've stayed in worse places...

Positive: Nice room, was clean and comfortable. easy on and off the highway is a plus! Negative: Electrical outlets were loose, if you set up a phone charger make sure it comes on. Really not a big deal, but for a few dollars to have an electrician replace the ones that seem to get the most use (like at the desk and bed side areas).

I made a reservation and paid for a room several weeks in advance. However, I received a call on the day of my arrival informing me that the hotel had overbooked and would not be able to honor my reservation. While I understand that overbooking can occur, it is particularly concerning that this issue arose despite my prior payment. The hotel had already received the payment, and it is disappointing that they failed to manage their reservations effectively. I requested information about the steps they would take to rectify the situation, but I have yet to receive any response. This level of service is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.

OK place for the price.
The Good:
Free breakfast
Nice staff
Laundry on site
Well-lit parking
Pool/spa
Location convenient to i-80

The Bad:
Coffee maker missing from room, requested one, they said they'd bring it but never did.
Bed was squeaky & sagged
Courtesy shampoo/conditioner/soap containers in shower were empty.
Drapes filthy where people touch them to open/close
Charging ports by bed didn't work.
Very loud A/C.
Outside door to enter hotel did not catch to lock so anyone could (& did) let themselves in.

Positive: Nice toiletries. Negative: The pool was cold and dirty, I had to change my room because the air conditioner sounded like a wind tunnel, and the refrigerator and microwave didn't work. I asked for a wake up call for breakfast on both days and no-one called me on either day!

Do not stay at this Hotel. My daughter had over 8 bites on her neck and arm. They have a massive Bed Bug problem and made us feel we brought them to the hotel. We got a full refund and will never stay at these hotels again.
