The food was all on point. Had the blue cheese chip appetizer, a bottle of Rose from Provence which was delightful and half off the whole bottle. Ordered the mushroom burger and Mac and cheese which were delicious! My only complaint is that we felt hurried. Waiter constantly coming to ask if we were ready to order while we were just wanting to enjoy wine then appetizer and dinner at a slow pace. Cleared food quickly too after asking constantly if we were finished. If you are in a hurry the service is great for you. However, I like the European way of sipping wine and enjoying the whole dining experience.

Wonderful service, great cocktails, and amazing food.

Burger is always great, blue cheese chips are a guilty pleasure, and they serve on of the best Old Fashioneds you will find.

My husband and I chose this spot because it was near our hotel, and we have no regrets coming here. The food was amazing! The service was really great as well; they were attentive and kindly offered shade from the sun since we chose a table outdoors. The only downside is the parking and a little of the outside noise from the street but that’s normal. We definitely recommend!

We enjoy this place. My bloody Mary was a meal in itself! Delish. The food was so good we ordered multiple shareables including an entree. The espresso panna gotta was pure heaven. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in for dinner on the way back from a day trip to LA. We honestly didn't have the highest expectations but ended up having an amazing experience. The atmosphere is perfect; Ideal for a nice date night but also casual and inviting if you're just looking to grab a few drinks and some apps. They have a lively bar area, but also a quaint, quiet dining room.

The food and cocktails were all excellent. We were quite surprised by the quality and portions of all the food we ordered, especially for the price.

The real star of the evening was our server, Darvin. He was extremely knowledgeable of the food + cocktail menu, and very helpful with any questions we had. He was so attentive that it really made for a wonderful night out.

Oak Laguna Beach was an average dining experience. The service, however, was excellent—our waitress was managing the entire front of the house by herself (aside from the cooks) and did an amazing job.

The food left much to be desired. The Parmesan chicken was tough, and the marinara sauce was overwhelmed with onions. The chicken and waffles were just okay—waffles were good, but the chicken was bland. The kids’ mac and cheese was a hit, but the kids’ hamburger was also lacking flavor. On the upside, the calamari was pretty good.

The outdoor seating offers a nice view of the beach, which is a definite plus. We spent $100 on one appetizer, two entrees, and two kids’ meals, which is reasonably priced for the area. Parking will be validated for up to two hours. However, due to the blandness of the food, we likely wouldn’t return.

Best restaurant in Laguna Beach! Incredible views. Steak was succulent and mushrooms were perfectly cooked. My family even said “Mom why don’t you cook as good as this?”

We had a little disruption in our experience with bar service which led to a conversation, but I can't fault a one time interruption too poorly with so many other great visits. And at the bill presentation, the server stepped up & made it right. The food & ambience is always to perfection, so I keep my rating for OAK at 5 stars. It's always a must do spot when in LB.
