Super friendly staff. I recommend the Silver Lake vegetarian breakfast burrito. The coffee was really good too. Highly recommend this place.

Adorable cafe in Silverlake - the interior was cute with nice framed pictures on the wall, good seating, indoor and outdoor, and the service was good. There’s a free water station but the water tasted like tap water and it didn’t taste as appetizing, they have a limited gluten free menu but I tried the arugula peach salad and my friend had their nachos dish (forgot what it’s called but it’s also GF) and it was okay. The salad was good but it was a salad; not mind blowing by any means but healthy and light. It’s a typical coffee / cafe shop and fun to stop by if you’re visiting in the area!!

I had some time to kill before a Pilates class across the street and ordered a decaf cappuccino and butter croissant, dine in. The price was 13 dollars including tip which is a little steep but for the location, to be expected. My croissant was perfection. Flaky and golden on the outside and a nice chew on the inside. My cappuccino took a while and arrived rather cold. I enjoyed the service and music selection (music also wasn’t too loud) but the banquette seating was literally falling apart. For such a posh establishment with the prices to match, my seat shouldn’t be coming apart beneath me.

I come here every Saturday and have tried a variety of tea, coffee, and food. They are very busy on weekends, but I love the atmosphere and food!!!

This place is over-rated. The prices are insultingly high, even by LA standards. My latte cost $9 and it was the worst latte I've had in a while. The bare bones egg and sausage breakfast cost $20. The pictures of the breakfast show sausage LINKS but I'm pretty sure the "sausage" they gave me was actually the smash paddy from the hamburgers they serve, the eggs were unimpressively cooked, and the potatoes were so over fried that you were basically eating balls of burnt, black, fried crisp (there was no potato left of it). The portion was small too for the price. Perhaps their high prices would be understandable if the ambience was nice, but it looks roadside diner, temperature is very cold, and is very loud/echoey with foot traffic and barking dogs. I really do not know what people like about this place. I won't be inspired to come back. Again, it's the prices that are truly insulting for the low quality you get.

The vibes are fun and busy, nice for people watching and to meet with friends or work on something. Also perfect location for taking a lap around the reservoir and getting a little treat.
The coffee is pretty bitter. I’ve ordered a mocha and their s’mores latte (I like my coffee as milk and sugar with a hint of coffee). Felt super caffeinated and jittery halfway through my drink.
Somewhere to come back to - especially if you need a strong caffeine boost.

In the revolving door of coffee shops on the eastside, LAmill is a solid mainstay. Good for a small group with lots of seating and a parking lot out back.

Vibe is busy, not necessarily great for studying.

The coffee here is always skillfully brewed. They never disappoint. The seasonal quiche is a must. I don’t know what dressing they use on the side salad but it’s so light and zesty. I love it.
