1. House was dirty, carpet stink and had stains, table was even dirty after previous guest. Pillow stink a lot, so I needed to sleep on my towel. Bathorrom was awful, not cleaned by years…
2. There was no air condition. During night you need to have window open, because it is very hot in room and you can not breathe. But if window is open you can't sleep because neighbors and cars are loud at night.
3. In room was TV but not working.

Don't reccomend this place if you want spend your time nice...

Filthy house, high crime neighborhood proven by the fences on every window and door in the entire area, bathroom was absolutely disgusting with water all over the floor and the counter was cluttered with junk. Our room smelled bad there were stains on the mattress, carpet, and couch. I'm sure the owner of this place is going to give some sort of childish response to this review too judging by the other negative reviews. Do not stay at this dump she won't give you a refund!

This place was all but a salvation for me. After bouncing from sketchy place to sketchy place on Air BnB, I stumbled upon this place and it saved me!! Miss Shay was awesome. The accomodations are clean and well kept. Everything is as advertised!! Thank goodness I found this when I did. I was able to book for a two week stretch and that put me in a good position to find a permanent place to live!! Thank you Miss Shay!!

I recently stayed at this location and I must say it was one of the best locations I stayed in. Not because of anything special looks wise, but the place was clean, comfortable and the renter was really pleasant. This is my LA spot when I return. Even the other guest was awesome. Loved It.

The van was so dirty. The staff I met was so rude. Can't even sit on the couch and turn on the light. If it was prohibited, the properties should inform the weary travellers.

Had an emergency needed to book something cheap surprisingly it was perfect nice clean safe the host was cool I liked the environment definitely will be using this place again
