We saw this place and thought we'd give them a try. It's in the outdoor plaza on Newport Rd and Canyon Hills Rd (in the Stater Brothers grocery store plaza and across from Baskin Robbins).

The only turn-off was when we first walked in, it smelled like the sewers. Unsure if they were having plumbing issues, but it almost made me lose my appetite.

We came here during breakfast time on the weekend and it wasn't busy. We were seated right away. Customer service was good. They were friendly and 3 different people came to check if we needed more coffee.

We ordered their orange juice --which was freshly squeezed. That was a big plus! Their syrup was also served warm in the bottle.

We tried their Nutella crepe which tasted like it was filled with creme cheese for $12.99 and it was $4.00 more to add sausage/ bacon and 2 eggs. Very tasty. We also ordered their Popeye omelet-- which was also very tasty. As for their price, it was a little more on the higher end price for what they had to offer-- in my opinion. It seemed like a lot of their average breakfast price was about $18/ plate.

There are lots of parking, so no need to worry about that.

Amazing food and I met the owner she could use a few succulents. I used to just door dash this place but noticed on the bring Fido app this one is dog friendly and it has a wonderful patio with a fountain. Love the breakfast and the tea! Highly recommended!

I believe ownership has changed, which is a good thing. Atmosphere is the same except our both seats were reupholstered, another good thing. Service was polite and friendly. The Country Breakfast skillet was very good. Belgium waffle was ok. Dough was a bit thick, making the waffle heavy vs. Airy, no butter. The maple syrup was warm, which was amazing!

This cafe is located in the Stater Bros shopping center on Canyon Hills Rd & Railroad Canyon Rd with plenty of parking and a good size patio with outside seating. First timer here and I'm very impressed, food tastes delicious and super fresh with great presentation. Food took a bit longer than expected to come out but was worth the wait. I really enjoyed their 'Pesto Turkey Melt' which is served on a grilled Ciabatta Roll and their Waffle which is soft and simply amazing! Their coffee is fresh, one of the best I've ever had. Shout out to our server Sabrina who was attentive, helpful with the menu and made sure our coffee cups were filled. The restaurant is very clean and organized with nice decor. Restrooms are also clean. Overall we had a good experience here and can't wait to return and try other menu items.

Edit: Breakfast time! Yum! Hot chocolate! Breakfast special with eggs, bacon, and pancakes was delicious!

Yes! Had the tuna salad with avocado. Tasty and good. Ummmm. Friend had pasta with alfredo sauce. Wife had a potato taco. Yes! Waitress Jennifer was attentive and professional and even got water for our little dog as we sat outside in the sun. Enjoyed the meal!

This place has some great service. I couldn’t have been seated faster, tended too faster, or gotten my food faster if I brought it with me. I tired to drink my iced tea, and it kept getting refilled at half empty. Amazing, friendly, and speedy fast service. Food tasted great, nice atmosphere. Want to just enjoy a meal without anything over the top but feel like your waiter or waitress care? This is your place.

Mariselas veggie sandwich proved very disappointing. Roasted vegetables and cream cheese were only a few mushrooms and lettuce, thrown onto a big roll.
45 minutes waiting to sit down (party of 3). There was no bus service, and many people were waiting for tables to be cleared.
Small glass of wine was $9.75.

Love it here! The food is super good! The staff are really nice and attentive. The serving size is generous. Perfect place for brunch! I need to go try out dinner!
