Goff’s operation is dialed in. They educate you on how to be safe in the water/understand how the water works, and allow you to focus on having fun. Goff is an amazing teacher and very cool to be around. He knows his stuff and it shows immediately when you start talking with him. (Pretty much a one on one surf lesson/session from a pro surfer). His partner takes amazing photos/videos and helps guide you on the sand when you come in/back out. AND you get the pictures within hours after your session! My wife surfed with them 2 years ago and raved about it. She nailed it, one of the best experiences I’ve had! We will be back to surf with them on our next annual trip!

My 7 year old son has wanted to surf for a year so when we came to visit our friends highly recommended Goff! He and Ann were so gentle and kind and they made it super fun!! I thought he was going to quit after falling off but they managed to keep him going. At the end he was dancing and wanted more! We will be back and we are excited to see how progress. Thanks Goff!

Goff is the best!!! Goff and Miss Ann are an amazing team! Goff was positive, enthusiastic and a wonderful coach for my kids (13,11&8 years). They had the best time and all got up! They are already talking about coming back to take some more lessons from Goff. Loved every minute of it. Wish we had taken a lesson at the beginning of our trip so we could have done several days. Highly recommended! We will be back for more! You won’t be disappointed! He has a great way with kids and is very knowledgeable and a great teacher.

Best experience ever!! Took a paddle board lesson with Goff and it was amazing! Goff knows his stuff and is so much fun to be around. If you want to have a great time, learn something new and have a few laughs along the way, I encourage you to try Goff tours. You won’t be disappointed!

Goff was an exceptional teacher. He was fun, a little crazy in a good way, and brought interesting conversation about the wildlife and environment. He calmed my nerves and talked me through successfully achieving my goal of learning how to paddle board. I’ll be going back for another to advance further.

I was so lucky to find Goff the week our family visited Laguna Beach. He was able to give my son and daughter a private lesson. He was so great in balancing the lesson in wave heights being that my son is 17 and daughter is 8. They were up on the board and surfing within 15 minutes. He cares about teaching a good and safe technique and explained working with the ocean and not against it. My son loved it sooo much he wants a surf board for Christmas. Do not look anywhere else if you can book Goff do it no questions asked, and do yourself a favor and do not take a 2 hour class or more. Surfing is EXHAUSTING you will not last more than 1.5 hours trust me.

My 12 yo had the best time & learned more in this 1.5 he lesson than in a week of camp. Goff & Ann are a great in the water/on land team respectively - teaching at every angle and keeping it fun. The included pro level videos & pics we got were incredible too

I had such an awesome time paddle boarding with Goff Tours seeing dolphins and seals. Ann helped me get prepped for the water. Goff gave me lots of great instruction and was patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. They take pictures throughout and send them same day-what a great bonus. My experience with Goff Tours was excellent; I highly recommend!
