I bought some fresas con crema and the crema was expired it had a nasty flavored never again will I go back here. And then the churros were hard and seemed like they have been there for a long time. ?

Really upsetting, they messed up my order. I asked for a fresas con crema with just granola (because my wife is allergic). They yelled at the lady my order. Told her 3 times, only granola. She came out gave me my order and I apologized and told her ma'am I'm sorry I asked for it with only granola and cream, she yelled at me and said no you said no coco only and a lil bit of raisins. I told the cashier to please confirm my order. They confirmed I asked for my order with only granola. She went to the re did my order (or so I thought) because I said my wife is allergic. I received the order when I got home I noticed (since I always mix the fresas) that she kept the same order since there were like 8 raisins still in it. Thankfully I did, cus my wife could've collapsed on me. Allergies are nothing to play with. So I just wasted $16 because I had to throw them away and not take the risk.

I'll leave 2 because they are great, but today played with my wife's life so... yeah.

I went to different places for Mexican snacks and this one felt the less fresh one. Food taste like it's been sitting for a week, even the raspado guys on the street have better taste.

There was three cars with people wanting to go order and buy things from here but they close 10 minutes early then what the schedule says. They also almost kicked me out for taking my dog in to just order ( did they want me to leave him in the car?). Not only that but the torta de pierna is not good at all. The seasoning for the fries also has very tiny tiny critters. Don’t go here.

This place is the epitome of 3 stars. The food is very average. The nieves raspados and treats are also average. They have a nice variety though. A lot of people visit this place but it's just something about it. The atmosphere. It's hit and miss.

I visit this place just to sit and chill with my partner while we have a nieve de chicle and tostilocos. But today we were kicked out at 9:05pm, being told "we closed a while ago." The girl told us she had to mop. That they had closed since 15 minutes before 9pm. So we left at 9:05pm.

It would have been nice to be told at 8:30pm when we we got there that they closed in 15 minutes. Instead we sat relaxed just to get kicked out, assuming it closed at 9:30pm like Google said.

Point taken and never returning. What an uncomfortable experience. Thanks Google and Las Palmitas.

The place was big, and empty when I walked in. People started coming in, but there was nobody cooking. Finally, somebody started working on the orders. Just one person. They had my order ready, but did not give it to me right away. They had it there sitting. Because there was only one cook, the bread of my torta got burnt. When I got my order, the bread was hard. The rest of the cooks came back, but they were working soooo slowly, and taking their time to serve the orders. Totally bad service. Do not recommend.

I ordered a asada burrito. It had it more beans and rice than meat plus the meat didn't had much flavor . The salsas are no good. I got a jamaica water and it didn't have any sugar
