Checked in at 2:02 am on Sunday morning was charged $185 and was trying to rest and they came stating I had to check out at 11 am on Sunday. I have stayed at hotel all over the US in California and other states as well as other countries and have never had this. Staff was rude and stated that is their system. When I checked in this was never said or anything. Don't waste your time or money here it's ridiculous

It was ok. There was a live bug on the floor as the door was opened. There was a Dusty sock left behind on the floor close to the bathroom area. The bed had a dip in it on the right side. There was no soap for the shower. An the little bottle left by the sink was used already.

NEVER USE THIS HOTEL‼️ Not only did they give me a room with a broken microwave and toilet, then refused to move me when I brought it up. But they kicked me out for the bathtub being dirty calling the mess “damage” even though I took a picture of the tub spotless and showed it to them. When they noticed they were wrong they penalized my deposit because another person who checked in two weeks prior had stained the blankets and I had happened to be visiting that persons room. They did this even though the room wasn’t checked out under my name or debit card. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

This is a horrible hotel. The managers have no flexibility with their customers and illegitimate charging policies. Be careful here, they might scam you by giving you a room with amenities that don’t work and then charging you a deposit penalty not for something being damaged, but for something being dirty. Even though they have room service to clean it👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

These guys are a rip off. Checked in with a previous booking of $82.50 which included tax and fees. Was charge $94.88 instead. They had $100 deposit which is fine however I was charged $115. When confronted about the inconsistences I was assured the deposit would drop off and I signed the receipt for $82.50 and yet was charged a different amount. The clerk must not had thought I was going to question the charges right within a few minutes of checking in. Shady! Watch when you charge your card at this place. The room itself was nice and clean. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. I won't be returning to this place. Will have to prepay for the Hotel across the street.

Disappointing Stay at quality inn.
This review is for my recent stay at quality inn. While the location was convenient and the staff I interacted with were friendly, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to cleanliness issues.
Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable stale odor that lingered throughout my stay. More concerning, however, was the condition of the bedding. The sheets appeared stained and had an unpleasant smell, suggesting they were not freshly laundered.
A clean and comfortable sleeping environment is essential for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, quality inn fell short in this crucial aspect. Given the price point, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness.
I would advise potential guests to carefully consider these factors before booking with quality inn.

Will never go again. I paid the deposit, got my lousy,dirty, smoked in room,
And wouldn't return my deposit. Asked for manager with no response
Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I will be reporting them all across the board.
I have called corporate, will call tomorrow for Department of Consumer Affairs. I have yet to hear back from the supervisor, constant excuses of her not in, that she will be in later today etc. Called yesterday for corporates number and your front desk was saying it was his first day and he doesn’t know corporates number. I believe you should be providing your new hires with more adequate training in situations like this.. The conditions are horrific. My worst nightmare occurred during a difficult time/ loss in the family.
Checked in and left the same day!

Room 214 had horrible bed staining I get it if it’s been cleaned but this stuff was still all crusty hard!!

Room 216 had beg bugs in the blankets (4-5 bed bugs) were found. While gathering our stuff to leave cockroaches come out from under the microwave.

I am still waiting for a call from Mina ( or whatever her name is) the manger regarding our refunds! If she refuses refund I will be reporting fraud with my bank!

Manager if you’re reading this do a freaking better job!
