What a gem! Laguna Cove Hotel is hands down the best spot I’ve stayed at in Laguna Beach. We stayed in an Ocean View suite, and the view was just unreal – waking up to the sound of the ocean every day was like a dream. Each room has its own cool vibe, and the whole place feels super cozy. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!

The Ocean View suite we stayed in had an amazing view of the Pacific – I can’t imagine a better spot to unwind. Each room has its own personality, making it feel like you’re staying in a unique, coastal retreat. The hotel is quiet and intimate, and the staff made us feel so welcome. If you’re looking for a relaxed, charming getaway in Laguna Beach, this is the place to be!

Do not stay here! It is overpriced and the service is terrible. There was no heating, the shower is from the 70’s the bed linen is older than me. It is unbelievably noisy from the nieghbour above and the street. They need a Gordon Ramsey wake up!! Oh and if you don’t like it they just tell you that is how it is and disregard anything you say. I had two terrible sleepless nights there. Additionally it is not at laguna beach!!!

This hotel was a let down for me, the pictures on its website seem to convey a warm, cozy hotel. While well situated in Laguna Beach with walkable distance to "downtown" and some beaches and free onsite parking, the hotel and the room in particular that was assigned to us (queen room with partial ocean view), is so much in need of an update. There was nothing that would add a bit of comfort to a one-night stay (not the old bathroom, bed linen, room decoration or arrangement, or climate control). The room overall is old and tired looking with stale air even facing the ocean. It was a disappointment even for just one night. And this is unfortunate because with some update and efforts, it could be much better.

To be avoided by all means! I can’t believe the good reviews are not fake. It is an incredibly noisy hotel where you can hear everything from the guy walking in the corridor to the flow of motorcycles on the street, the WiFi doesn’t work nor the shower!! And they can’t care less. I paid $1, 000 for 2 nights, left after the first one and got zero compensation. A total nightmare.
