First thank you Dennis. My family and I got caught in the snow storm this weekend. We were watching the weather and it was saying Big Bear had 35% chance of snow and the locals was saying Big Bear was going to have a storm. We assumed Lake Arrowhead would be cool, we were wrong. Sunday morning we woke up to 4 inches of snow and the SUV was parked down a driveway. We tried to drive it up but couldn’t. We were stuck. I found Mountain Auto Part who gave me Dennis information, he was so kind and fast. He in my opinion saved my family.

Used A+ Mountain Ride Services for the first time the other day and was very pleasantly surprised by how courteous and professional the service is. We were able to schedule our ride via text. Jennifer was prompt to reply and very helpful. Our driver, Dennis showed up a few minutes early and texted us when it was time to be picked up. It was a pretty busy Saturday night but our ride was very prompt. Will definitely be using them again!!

I can’t say enough about this service. Dennis was extremely helpful. He showed up in the middle of the night to help us and did more than one trip to make sure we got everything out of our car. Jennifer and Dennis took our 14-person group of UCLA Anderson CEOs to our annual retreat at Lake Arrowhead in their comfortable passenger van. Easy pickup, dropped us off exactly on time even though our flight had been delayed so we didn’t miss a minute of our event. On time easy return to the airport, friendly drivers, safe travel. Highly recommend.

Was able to make an appointment with Dennis and he was on time to take me down the hill so I could get my truck out the shop! Great guy, good convo and a man with integrity. He's really the only guy on the mountain who offers these services. I see him all over the mountain due to my business which takes me all over our mountain. If you need a ride on our mountain give him a call.

Great team! We were a group of women with breast cancer that had to get up to Lake Arrowhead for a conference in the snow. I gave a call to A+ Mountain Ride Services and Jennifer worked with us to make it happen!! All 12 of us were able to make it (along with all of our luggage) from the base of the mountain up to Lake Arrowhead with no problem!! They are experienced drivers in the snow and felt completely safe with them. Thank you so much for making it happen for us! Definitely would use them again! Their contact is now in my phone forever!! Highly recommend!!

Dennis and Jen are life savers. Absolutely wonderful service and have never let me and my friends down! They’re timely, professional, and so comforting. My friends and I have been driven all over the mountain, and it’s so reassuring to know we can get to and from the bars safely.
